Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

Living in Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now, my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when I wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cape Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

Just steps from the Citadel, the old town, shops, and restaurants like Le Mayssa and La Mère Germaine. The beach and train station are a 10–15 minute walk away. Less than 30 minutes from Nice Airport and 15 minutes to Monaco by train. No private parking, but several public parking areas nearby.
