The property is disinfected after each rental. It is an independent accommodation with terrace on the ground floor of my house located on a green hill with exceptional views of the valley. Private access. Private parking. Sleeps 4. Not recommended for children under 3 years old as the garden is on a trellis. Access to the estate's swimming pool from June to September and to the tennis court. Swimming pool 50 m walk from the apartment. 3 km from the village and 15 km from the sea. At the foot of hiking trails.

You will be seduced by the panoramic view that opens onto the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea. The cottage is comfortable and offers a 160*200 bed, a shower room and a new kitchen. It is located on the ground floor of Ludovic's house. The private estate's communal swimming pool is 100 meters away, open from June to mid-September.
