Un petit coin de paradis idéalement situé à 2 min à pied du port et 5 min à pied de la plage. Résidence sécurisée, propre et calme. Il est vivement recommandé de prendre la place de parking privée car les places sont rares aux alentours. L’appartement quant à lui est très bien. Literie de qualité, terrasse avec une magnifique vue et une table d’extérieur et gros + pour la clim. L’équipement général est propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un super séjour je vous recommande vivement cet appartement 😊

Konnten flexibel und früher als angegeben einchecken. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles hat hervorragend gepasst. Die Lage ist toll! :-)

Marion's place was clean, well-fitted with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay and located very close to the beach. We were very impressed with the welcome snacks (tea, coffee, crisps, etc) offered and were able to watch the UEFA finals on the TV with ease. Kitchen, although tiny, was fully equipped with all the cutlery and utensils. Supermarket was also a minute away. Hands down one of the best stays we have had! Thank you Marion! Will definitely visit again in the future. :)

We had a perfect 2 nights in Mathias’ apartment during our road trip, it was spotless, very well furnished and had everything we needed. The location was great, close to the port, the supermarket and the beach. It was extremely warm so the air con was amazing in the lounge and the bedroom, and the balcony was perfect for a late evening dinner. The parking spot was also great, especially for a larger car. And Mathias was extremely helpful with check in instructions and was also very accommodating. Would absolutely stay again if we’re in the area!

Wonderful property, beautiful location, incredible view. This property was everything I had hoped for. Terrific spot right on the water, walkable beach clubs, shops, restaurants. The host was very responsive and everything in the apartment was perfect. Hoping to rent this again next year!

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

Das einzige Problem war die sehr, sehr enge Parkgarage für unseren PKW (kein SUV). Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung und es macht sehr viel Sinn, sich vorher Celines Anleitungen genau durchzulesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved staying at Sebastian’s place! The view was incredible and the house was spacious and comfortable. Sebastian was very accommodating and gave us great recommendations. Would recommend!

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Amazing location near beautiful beach, near train station and with parking availability.

We were looking for a place to work remotely and explore—and this location was perfect! Just a short walk to a big supermarket, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and a few gyms nearby. What truly amazed us was the closeness to the sea and the long, wide promenade. In about 20 minutes (along the coast!), you can reach the train station with connections to Nice, Cannes, and Monaco. There’s also a nearby bus stop with routes to surrounding towns. We worked remotely and had everything we needed—fast internet, a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Everything matched the description, and the place even felt more spacious than in the photos. Highly recommended—whether you want to relax, work, explore, or do it all! The hosts are very kind and helpful. Thank you, Xavier and Massa, for hosting us!

Een fantastische locatie. Om verschillende activiteiten te ondernemen. Heel vele zijn op korte afstand. Leuke echte Franse dorpjes met authentieke kenmerken. Vriendelijk Fransen die ook Engels spreken en bereid zijn dit te doen. Het appartement is meer dan compleet. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zo is er een wasmachine, een vaatwasser en ligt er een setje handdoeken/ badlaken op je te wachten. Een eigen parkeer plek op het terrein binnen de poort en een eigen opgang naar het appartement toe. Het appartement ligt heel privé ten opzichte van de bewoners. En het gebruik van het zwembad is fantastisch. Wij waren er juni 2025, het was 30 graden en dus heel veel gebruik gemaakt van het (verwarmde) zwembad. De tuin is mooi aangelegd en de bloemen geuren heerlijk. Mooi uitzicht, welke geheel vrij is. De ontvangt is hartelijk, veel uitleg en een glas rosé kan direct ingeschonken worden. Een koude fles wacht bij aankomst op je. Vriendelijk en behulpzame familie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Truly an unbeatable location and was the perfect home base for our stay in Cannes!

The apartment was clean, centrally located, and the check-in process was simple. The apartment is across the street from the beach, has blackout blinds, A/C, double-paned windows so it was very quiet and cool inside. The bed/pillows were very comfortable, awesome shower, and strong/reliable wi-fi. There are restaurants with private beaches/deck chair rentals a short distance away...well worth it for a day of relaxation! It was about a 15 minute walk to the train station so it was easy to visit places along the coast. And there’s a supermarket (SPAR) about a 10-12 minute walk away. As advertised, the check-in time is 6 pm but we were able to check-in a bit earlier which was very much appreciated! If the later check-in is a concern, there is a restaurant at the building to grab a drink or meal. It took us some time to locate the garbage bins but use the code provided (main floor stairwell), walk down one level, and go left down the hall. Thank you Marion for an amazing stay!!!

Studio petit mais très bien équipé et confortable. Pas toujours facile de se garer à proximité (zone bleue).

Lisa was een perfecte gastvrouw. ee was heel duidelijk in de uitleg over het logement en bijzonder attent. ze reageerde ook heel snel op mijn vragen. hetapozrtementje is zeer rustig gelegen en een prima uitvalsbasis voor excursies naar de cote d'azur. het zwembad in het complex wad een heerlijk verfrissing na een warme dag. dank dat we hier mochten verblijven.

Quasi neuf, lumineux, bien équipé, bien placé. Hôte réactif en cas de problème. Nous avons apprécié bcp apprécié ce moment de 3 jours dans le cadre d’un mariage.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

Julien war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben ihn immer wieder innerhalb der Anlage angetroffen und uns sehr nett mit Julien unterhalten. Er hatte uns einige nützliche Tipps gegeben. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir konnten unser Auto gut und geschützt innerhalb der Anlage parken. Das Apartment ließ sich sehr gut finden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend

Super appart ! Proche de la gare, très pratique. On a adoré le côté loft et cerise sur le gâteau, le jacuzzi, tellement bienvenu !!! Je conseille les yeux fermés.

Une suite sublime où tout y est bien pensé ! Une résidence calme et les rues aux alentours également, tout y est pour un repos maximum

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super schön, wie auf den Bildern 😊 Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell in Cannes, Nizza oder Monaco. Der Check in war super, sogar mit Bildern dokumentiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und total gemütlich eingerichtet. War perfekt für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 🫶 Das einzige wo zuerst ein wenig Gewöhnungsbedürftig war, war das duschen im Whirlpool , da es keine extra Dusche gibt 😅 war aber für uns kein Problem.
