On a quiet street, the house has three levels, a cellar and a garden. It has excellent sunshine. The ground floor includes an equipped kitchen area, dining area, living room and toilet. On the first and second floors, three bedrooms (double beds of 1.60 and 1.80 m – or two single beds – in the two large bedrooms, single bed 80 x 180 and baby bed in the small one).
