Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The house consists of a large kitchen with everything for cooking, 2 dining rooms, a large living room, outside several terraces allow you to choose shade or sun. Upstairs a large bedroom with WC and bathroom, two bedrooms with WC and shared shower room. On the top floor, you will find two en-suite bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet. The bed dimensions are: 1 double bed of 180 cm, 2 double beds of 160 cm and 7 beds of 90 cm.

The gargoyle is an unusual gîte, renovated in an old small wine cellar in the middle of the Corbières at the end of an old village of 30 inhabitants; surrounded by nature on 5000 m² of south-facing land overlooking the scrubland where many hiking trails start. The building consists of an old wine cellar and an old sheepfold inhabited by the owners. Both parties are completely independent.
