The apartment is very nice, tastefully furnished, nothing is missing and has an indoor parking space, terrace and garden. There's also a pool for summer. Barbara was precise in her arrival instructions and very friendly. She welcomed us in person, which is always very welcome. Highly recommended!

It was a really lovely place. Arianna even cared for our Baby with a Special Chair/bed/bathtub. perfekt for us!

Every now and then you are lucky enough to meet nice people, this is what happened to us with Alessandro, a kind, honest and prepared homeowner! On behalf of my entire family, I thank him so much and wish him a happy life!

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Very kind and helpful person, we had a very good time. The house was tidy and clean.

The accommodation at Noemi and Alessandro's was simply great. Everything corresponds to the photos and description, it is clear that the apartment is maintained with love and care. The arrival instructions were detailed and accurate, so we easily found and accommodated ourselves. Thank you Noemi for your kindness to my above-standard breast regarding sleeping. Beautiful terrace and departure without problems. I can only recommend!!

Nice solution in the center, very convenient to the main square to park the car, also in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach a super efficient and cheap multi-story parking lot, a nice environment, very good bathroom and kitchen solution, the bed solution is a little spartan (since it is a studio you have to be satisfied with a sofa bed) but overall it is more than valid as a general solution for a few days of stay in the area. Definitely recommended.

Maria and Nunzio immediately made you feel at home. The two also spoke German well. Nunzio picked us up directly from the parking lot and accompanied us to the apartment. As a welcome, there were great treats from the area, as well as water and sparkling wine in the refrigerator as a welcome greeting. The area is really great and some beautiful beaches. Tips from the two were always very good and mega friendly. It was like family! Thank you

Excellent solution, both for the ample space available, for the cleanliness, and for the availability and promptness in responding to every message, but above all for the location, a stone's throw from the center, but still without the chaos. If I really had to try to find a flaw, I would recommend larger shower towels, but that's just finding fault. In short, I highly recommend it.

Lovely house in a beautiful location in the centre of the historic part of town. Amazing views from all over the village, as well as several fantastic restaurants and great bars. Well appointed property, and great WiFi.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

This is our third stay at RENATO and MARIA's, the service is EXCELLENT , the location of the apartment is quietly located in the hyper center. We'll most certainly come back to that.

A good stay in Domenico's house. Accommodation as described and clean. Domenico is responsive to messages and available, he was accommodating for the arrival. He knows the area well and was able to advise me on bike routes. A plus: towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. The environment is quiet. An excellent restaurant near St Demetrio: Visconti Kitchen.

We had a medical issue with one of the guests and Alessandro offered all type of help to get the guest to the floor where the apartment was . Alessandro was very companionate with us and offered to be flexible with the check out time. We loved the different stunning views of the mountains and the land escape from different balconies the apartment offered If you need tranquility do not miss on renting this gem of a place The only issue we had was at the time we were there the connectivity of the WiFi was very slow Alessandro worked on it dealing with internet provider to fix it right away Other than this we really lucked out in this apartment. Thank you and may be next time we can stay longer.

Wonderful place in the San Grasso region.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

Well done and recently renovated apartment. The rooms are spacious and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything and the two bathrooms, very clean, give an extra help to prepare. There are supermarkets nearby and the highway is just a few miles away. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful place. Intimate, very relaxing, full of details and precautions, very clean. Very kind owner, very nice and attentive to give every indication. The area is very peaceful. If you want peace, it is a good place to "escape".

Antonio was very kind from the moment of check-in, for which he waited with great availability with ready and fast communications by phone. Once we arrived, he took care to recommend places to eat typical cuisine and made himself available for the duration of the stay for any need. The accommodation is clean, quiet, cool and very welcoming. Highly recommended experience and host!

Small corner of relaxation. Clean and tidy rooms with everything you need. The details make a difference. like the LEDs, Netflix, the bathtub, the moss on the walls, etc... highly recommended.
