This warm house for 7 to 11 people, 2 km from Bayeux, recently renovated, has a spacious living room with an equipped kitchen, consisting of 3 bedrooms and a games and sports room, a sauna, an outdoor area as well as 2 parking spaces in the courtyard. Beyond 7 people, the annex offers 2 additional bedrooms, a kitchenette and an additional bathroom to increase the capacity up to 11 people.

It is located 300 m from shops (bakery, butcher, Carrefour, gas station, bar, tobacco...) and 7 km from Saint-Lô and its train station.

The Firs

A renovated old cider barn, with plenty of original character beams. A cosy lounge and well equipped kitchen are found on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is up a spiral stair case, leading to a large open bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate Sipper bath located on a small mezzanine.

This gîte is an old house we have completely renovated. It has a large garden of 1000 m2 equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. It is equipped with a balneotherapy bathtub and wood-burning stove. Close to the landing beaches, Mont St Michel, Caen and Cherbourg.
