The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The house; as well as the apartment is completely newly renovated in 2024. The medieval building fabric combined with modern and high-quality design created a unique flair. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a high-quality kitchen on almost 100 m²; as well as the historic living room (highlight) with a vaulted wooden ceiling from 1513.

Deißlingen offers attractive natural or paved forest and field paths, as well as cycle paths. In the village, there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, and 1 supermarket, which are reachable in a few minutes' walk. A hotel with a restaurant, a doner snack and a good bourgeois inn are also reachable in a few minutes' walk.

This beautiful 3-room apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms: Room 1 with 2 x 0.9 m x 2 m single beds, wardrobe, desk and TV. Room 2 with 2 x 0.9 m x 2 m single beds, wardrobe, sofa bed and TV. In both bedrooms, the single beds can be put together as a double bed and an extra bed can be added. The living area offers seating for eating and lounging. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, pots, dishes, spices, etc.

You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.
