We offer two beautiful apartments on our historic, meticulously renovated farm. Both of them feature the perfect mix between tradition and modern convenience and style. Our sun-drenched apartments exude calm and coziness. We equipped the holiday apartments with furniture made from our own stone pine forest. It beckons you to relax and unwind. Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Florentine's lovingly renovated apartment (80 sqm) with 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 bunk bed) 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen above Seis. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

Our apartment is located in the peaceful village of St. Magdalena and offers a magnificent view of the Geisler Peaks, which are part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. The small apartment is on the first floor of a residential building and is simply yet lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment also includes a garage. The Villnöss Valley is easily accessible by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

With an Alpine view directly from the premises, the holiday apartment "Ritschhof Nuss" is situated in Laion. The 60 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 2 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.
