Do you need a warm place for yourself? Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish vinted space. This studio/tiny house is located inside our farmhouse. From the balcony view on the river Meuse. You live in our yard with the animals and in the summer with a few more guests staying in caravans. It's quiet but not silent. So you can really hear a car, pulling through our toilet or the lawn mower of the neighbors. People from the city find it quiet here!

Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

Welcome to our beautifully refurbished, cozy, rural cottage with private driveway and garden. Easy to reach from the highway, but only a few minutes' walk to nature park 'De Maashorst' and close to nature park 'Herperduin'. Both parks are rich in hiking and biking routes, and within walking distance you can enjoy a swimming pond with white beaches, and various fishing spots.
