Helena welcomed us with a smile and is kind and helpful. The apartment is perfect, with everything we needed. It's also in a superb location and interesting to find. With beautiful walks from the door. The snow was sparse when we visited so the adjoining ski centre was closed. With good snow you could literally ski in and out. The area is a fantastic place to explore. We had a great time.

Renate is a very warm and friendly hostess, we were able to check out and check in very flexible. Everything was very straightforward and fast. The place was an absolute dream, with beautiful views. It was in perfect condition, the kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were large and comfortable. We were well received by Petra and Benedict. The shared laundry room and drying room for skis and ski boots offers plenty of space. The bedrooms are spacious and all necessities were present in the kitchen of the apartment. The advantage of the location is that it is very quiet and you have a beautiful view over the valley. The downside is that you depend on your own car or taxi.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

Your place from Sergio was very nice. In winter with a lot of snow, you need snow chains. You have it very quiet and yet supermarkets can be reached quickly and you can only drive to the Sella Ronda in 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The well-equipped kitchen. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information you need to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a basket of fruits, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! A wonderful place where we hope to return! We stayed for the Easter holidays with our two small children and grandparents. We all had a great time. The house has convenient access and offers all the comforts, both inside and out, thanks also to the lawn and proximity to the river, reachable in a few steps, where the children were able to play freely. Balconies and rooms enjoy a magnificent view; the silence and tranquility have conquered us, even if it does not give us the feeling of being isolated. The landscapes around are simply fairytale. A great THANK YOU to Eligio and his wife, who welcomed us with much care and hospitality. They were always available, responding quickly to every need and also helping us with some small inconveniences we had with the car.

We were warmly greeted by Alexandra. The place is great for families with kids as there is an extra playroom and outside a cool slide that delighted our 4 year old boys. what's also great is that almost every room has its own shower. you can do great things in the area: hiking, climbing and the natural bath in Wenns.

Very cosy and romantic ‘old school’ appartment in a chalet right on the slopes of cortina d’ampezzo. We had a great week and we enjoyed the location and the ambience of the appartment. The scenery is really breathtaking and you will not find a better location to stay! The bed in the living room was only suitable for people up to about 170 in length, so bring a mattrass if you are more then 4 people and not with children. Paolo and Norma are very kind people who helped us a lot when we were not able to make it in time for an early check in and who answered all our questions about ski passes etc. Thanks, it has been a pleasure to stay in la pocollina and we would happily return there again!

Verena's place was great. Fantastic views of the valley, hiking trails and ski bus right outside the door. Everything necessary was available in the apartment. Super equipped. We felt very comfortable with 3 people and a large dog.

Anneliese is a great host. She is very kind, friendly and helpful. She treated us very well. The home is in a fantastic location. You can see the mountains from your balcony. There is a nice park nearby that you can walk around at. It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and well prepared. We are a family of 6 with younger kids and the place accommodated us very well. We will come back here and stay again when we stay in Garmisch.

Postcard location, for wine lovers. Suitable place for walks, great starting point for visiting the area. All of our questions or requests were promptly met. Cozy house, one flaw, in our apartment, the kitchen is a little small and without an oven and microwave if you don't feel like going out to dinner every night.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is bright and well decorated, with a private terrace and an underground garage that were very convenient. We also appreciated the shared garden — fully enclosed, which was perfect for our dog, and ideal for enjoying the sun on the loungers. The view of the mountains from the garden was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was very practical for cooking and included a dishwasher. The smart TV was also a nice touch and very convenient. Leonhard was very welcoming and made everything easy for us. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

This place was over the top lovely. Attention to detail, quality of bed and bath linen, very quiet and a 3 min walk from the center of town. The nicest place I’ve stayed in a very long time. Thank you Karin, for opening this lovely space to us.

We had a very pleasant stay at Carlotta’s apartment. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and the apartment was very comfortable for our stay. Communication with Carlotta was easy and helpful throughout. We would be happy to return and can definitely recommend it to other guests.

Great place to stay in central Bozen walkable to the train station, oberbozen cable, main restaurants all within 10 mins. Clean place with extra towels and linens, Alberto was very responsive and accommodating. Balcony was nice and with a great view. Would stay here again if we’re ever in the area!

We stayed for four days in Silvia's apartment in 4 people with our dog. The location is perfect you can reach everything on foot both ski lifts and downtown village, the kitchen is equipped and functional. The house was super clean and the terrace full of sun very enjoyable even in the winter.

We had a great time at Silva's place. Silva was very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and came and helped us when we needed help finding or understanding something. The accommodation was clean and large and had an amazing view from the balcony. There was also a baby travel bed available which was positive! Only downside was that it was noisy with the street outside, especially in the bedrooms.
