There is a small playground with a spring and an excellent bakery in the village. The tiny house is located on a private property and also includes parking. The nearest shopping facility can be reached in about 5-10 minutes by car in about 5-10 minutes by car.

The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.
