Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Viroflay

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. I cannot recommend this place enough! It was a stay in France that stood out! An exquisite place with a lovely garden in a quiet and sade neighbourhood, well connected with central Versailles. We were sad to go.

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

Mille mercis à Cissy pour son accueil chaleureux. J'ai pris ce airbnb pour dormir la veille d'une hospitalisation et j'étais stressée, Cissy a vraiment été aux petits soins pour moi. Le logement est très beau, très pratique, merci pour la tisane et les petits gâteaux, vraiment cela m'a fait chaud au coeur. Je reviendrai sans hésiter en cas de besoin !

Great home with garden, a fantastic place to stay that felt like we were enjoying the countryside while in town. Perfect size for family of 5 with 3 teens. Is clearly a lived-in home, which as usual meant it was truly well set up. Is right near a train station that can go to central Paris. Just a short drive to Versailles.

We had a wonderful 5 days in Paris. The house is lovely with everything we needed. It was really clean and warm. The kids loved the pool. The forest nearby was very peaceful after a busy day in the center of Paris. Easy 10 min walk to the train station with very regular connections to Paris. Fredrique was very friendly and helpful. A+ stay. Highly recommended .

Parfait, nous venions pour une convention situé à la Seine Musicale qui se situe environ à 25min à pieds. Bien placé et calme, le stationnement était facile dans la rue du logement ou dans les rues à proximité. Intérieur fonctionnel avec tout le confort pour un séjour agréable à deux.

2e séjour chez Paul. Toujours impeccable. Je recommande.

Viroflay is a great location: very peaceful, yet one easy train journey to the key tourist spots in Paris. Note which station to use, as there are two in Viroflay! Also a quick hop on either train line to Versailles. The apartment has free car parking, which we located easily with sat nav plus Séverine's directions. The beds are all very comfortable and there are shutters which block out most of the daylight, for a good night's sleep. A lovely home away from home!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einem persönlichen Flair, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Die Matratze im unteren Schlafzimmer ist aussergewöhnlich gut! Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Standort ist perfekt für die Besichtigung des Schlosses und Paris! Super für die Anreise mit dem Auto! In ca. 8 Gehminuten ist man bei der RER Station, die direkt zum Eiffelturm fährt. Die Kommunikation mit Ghislaine war sehr schnell und freundlich. Wir durften schon früher einchecken! Toller Aufenthalt!

If you want to be in the middle of it all, this is the place! The appartment is located on the historical main street of Versailles. Great atmosphere if you like life noises under your windows. Because the main bedroom is on the other side, it is quiet for sleeping. A functional one-bedroom all equipped and super practical, literally one minute away from the Château.

hôte sympathique, réactive et arrangeante. logement impeccable, spacieux et très bien équipé. l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Paris et Versailles, à 2 minutes du RER C. je recommande !

Mein Freund und ich haben 6 Nächte hier verbracht und waren super zufrieden. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht und auch das Bett ist bequem. Die Kommunikation mit Kim war super, er antwortet schnell und auch zuverlässig auf jegliche Fragen. Besonders toll hat uns die Anbindung nach Paris gefallen, es gibt zwei fußläufig schnell erreichbare Bahnhöfe an denen die Züge jeweils alle 15 min fahren. Ingesamt war die Wohnung vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich super!

We really loved the condo. Awesome views. Great window breezes. Large enough for our family with 4 large adult children with us. We had our own bed which was very nice. The surroundings were beautiful and we were greeted with church bells ringing right outside our window. The house was clean and inviting and full of helpful amenities. Jeffrey responded quickly to our questions and was very kind. We liked the area a lot. There were a few bakeries, grocery stores and a restaurant called Cote Fresh that we loved nearby, with the train not too far for our use. I loved having not only a washer but dryer in the place. It was the perfect stay for us and not as busy or crowded as staying in Paris. It was close to the palace where we could watch the Saturday night summer fireworks. We would definitely recommend unless it is difficult for you to climb stairs.

The location was brilliant, the space at Katie was so well thought out and brilliantly equipped and furnished. So many local restaurants, bars, shops a wonderful local food market selling fresh organic foods. so peaceful to walk around late at night, but easy to get to the iconic attractions in Paris. I would definitely book again : )

The studio is small, but well equipped and very well located, within a 10 minute walk to the front gates of Versailles palace. Claire was very responsive and reached out to find out when I’d arrive and depart, and gave a tour of the studio in person when handing over keys. I enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it. One thing worth noting though, is the list of chores expected upon departure is very thorough, including washing dishes, emptying trash, and removing linens, which may not appeal to guests looking for a more hotel-like experience.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment, very easy to travel to and from Paris. Located in a beautiful neighbourhood.

The place was nice, great of a short stay, very easy to access and great communication from the host.

We loved our stay at Anne-Sophie’s place in Versailles. The apartment is on a quiet street, about a 5 minute walk from a handful of restaurants. It is also only about 5 minutes walking to Grille de la Reine (Queen’s Gate) that leads you into a free section of the Versailles Palace grounds. This is the best shortest route to see Marie Antoinette’s hamlet. The apartment was clean and well equipped with clean linens and towels. We stayed as 2 adults and 2 children. We had no issues and no complaints. Anne-Sophie met us to check in and we checked out on our own via the lockbox. This was a great “base camp” for seeing Versailles and an excellent way to relax a bit after a week of traveling.
