Great stay in Bohol – peaceful and relaxing I had a wonderful stay at Lynette Guest House in Bohol. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was ideal – quiet and relaxing, yet still close to beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. The atmosphere was very calm, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Bohol. Everything was well taken care of, and I really appreciated the overall comfort and convenience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Mentor Moore’s home for a month and had an excellent experience with no issues at all. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—highly recommended for both short and long stays.

Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

Incredible property that didn't disappoint. Spacious with an unmatched view, very responsive and friendly hosts. Not much for restaurants around so you will have to travel if wanting to eat out but it's located near the middle of the island so great access to the mountains and experiences. lots of fisherman right on front of the house so you can go down and try some sea urchin! You will probably want to rent motorbikes as van rentals are pricey in that area and not sure how readily available Grab is. Can also your tricycles from Pangloa if you are a family.

I would definitely use this Airbnb again when in the area, it has the privacy of a home with convenience of service from the resort next door.

The place was as described. Peaceful location, very private. Had everything we need. Mimi was very helpful. She even gave me herbal meds when I had a bad stomach.

As always the place was spotlessly clean and host is very accommodating and goes beyond what is expected by guests. Requests are granted even without added cost thus in a nutshell host is very professional and considerate, my family will always stay here when we will be in the nearby vicinity. The cleaner was also accommodating and courteous worth giving tip. Thank you Maam Grachel for hosting us. Will definitely recommend you to friends, relatives and officemates.

Our stay was lovely. With your own private gate to a coral reef at the bottom of the garden and a stunning view to match, you could not be in better surroundings. Chin Chin and Litho, our caretakers, took care of any requests we had when we asked them. There are a few local eateries within a few minutes' walk from the property and you can get a bus into Dumaguete right outside the house - it takes about 45 minutes. The only things to note are the numerous cockerals that crow at all hours and the fact that the water pressure in the shower is quite low. Apart from this, if you love being off the beaten track and you want a slice of local culture, then this is the place for you!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and definitely worth the price. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. During our stay, there was a brownout and a temporary loss of internet connection, but the host was super responsive—kept us updated throughout and even provided some alternatives to help manage the situation. It really showed how much they care about their guests. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great-value stay with a reliable and helpful host.

You’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t stay here. Hands down best place we stayed in our month around Philippines. Super modern, super clean, friendly hosts, incredible yard and great vibe. Wish we had more days to stay at Neil’s place longer!

We enjoyed our stay in Martin's place. It is spacious and perfect for our group of 8 friends. Martin and Ate Liz were very responsive and attentive to our questions/concerns. There are restaurants and spas nearby. The beach was not crowded at all, perfect for chilling and swimming with friends.

Five stars! The place was better than expected. Absolutely gorgeous views and wonderful setting. The host, Roland was exceptional from beginning to end. Really really great, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Everybody should visit this one!

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

This was the perfect room for me and my partner, everything we needed was there, and it was so clean and cozy. We loved everything about our stay! Sir Elmer was also very accommodating and responses very quickly! Would love to book this room again ☺️

Stayed here for a night and it was comfortable. The view was amazing from the balcony, overlooking the city lights and the CCLEX. The amenities are great and it felt like home to me. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. I would recommend to stay at this place if you want a chill and peaceful experience.
