4 of us stayed at Gerald’s place for a month. It was exactly as described. Check in was really easy and flexible with the security guard on the door. His place was spacious, clean and comfortable and in a pretty accessible location to other parts of the city and especially the port. Gerald as a host was fantastic, always checking everything was ok and offering regular cleans and top ups of amenities such as water and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again. He also has another apartment on the same floor of the building was was extremely convenient as the were travelling as a group of 8.

11/10 - exceeded expectations! Absolutely stunning ocean view! The room was spotless, spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s a serviced condo but it honestly feels like staying in a high-end hotel. Thank you for accommodating me!

LOVED ❤️ this place! Great hosts, comfy, and affordable. Rhynie & Jurgen are wonderful hosts, super responsive, and make you feel right at home. They have scooter for rent which makes traveling the island a breeze. The pool is a great way to cool down. I will book this place again on next visit to Bantayan. If you are wondering if you should stay here don’t think twice about it, just pull the trigger you won’t regret it!

Beautiful, spacious apartment with a private balcony. Everything is exactly as in the photo. Perfect cleaning upon request. Amenities: Wi-Fi, refrigerator, mini kitchen, air conditioning, fan, extension cord Excellent location on the most beautiful and quiet 3rd station. Well, and the pearl is the owner, very responsive and helps in solving any issues. We were happy, will definitely come back again, the best impressions, thank you!

We were a big family and we were able to fit on the property. we loved that they have an honesty store especially we had kids with us and their supplies at their mini store are affordable. commending zai as well for assisting us the moment we arrived.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

It was great, inside the city lng and you can just walk to convenience store and malls, the house has clean rooms and it can accomodate my big family

This place truly exceeded my expectations. While the listing showed its beauty, experiencing it in person was a whole new level. The surroundings are incredibly spacious and peaceful, providing the perfect environment for my kid to run and play freely. The rooms were clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had restful night after our tiring day on the island. Additionally, it has a parking space and water hose provided which we used to wash our car after our trip. Definitely one of my favorites! Will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless — the bathroom was especially clean, and the bed was super comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. Being on the 26th floor, we absolutely loved the view of the city lights at night! The host was very active and communicative, which made the whole experience even better. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with a great view!

This place looks gorgeous and inviting definitely a vibe. The room was clean and had all the kitchen appliances you may need to cook; just be mindful of the refrigerator space. This place was well maintained and felt like you’re living in a luxurious room. It’s about 10-15 min walk from IT Park.

If you're on a budget and would like to stay somewhere quiet. This is the place to be. Home away from home. You can make your coffee, because they have an electric kettle. Cook meals as well. If you're unfamiliar with the place, you should do your grocery before checking in. Wi-Fi is great. I was able to binge on my favorite show on NetFlix. I just hope they could do something about the pressure of the water. Other than that, everything was excellent.

It was our second time staying with Ryan. Was able to check in a bit early to drop off our luggage. Love the area as it’s walkable to Festive Walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This place is worth the price! It was just like the photos and the view was magnificent! If we had more time, we would have stayed more days. It had all the necessities we needed and the host even added some few things that really added more to our stay. Since the place is quite secluded, it was nice that Justine prepared a few stuff we needed for our short stay. The host is also very responsive and helped us with our check-out. When planning to stay in Tambuli, I highly recommend this unit.
