18th century house with sea view in northern Visby

Gotland limestone house with sea view and a protected terrace in a southwestern high and sunny position. The house of 75m2 was built in the 18th century, all rooms have sea views. The glass doors from the dining room and living room lead to the terrace with sun loungers and table . The house is scenic, about 4 km north of Visby with walking paths and Snäckgärdet's sandy beach and docks right next door. In 20 minutes, you cycle the bike path along the sea to Visby. The house has a large parking and several city buses stop 100m away.

Beautiful and beachfront house with walking distance to the sea and views of the Karlsoy islands on the fantastic Eksta coast in Gotland. The house has 4 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and toilet. The large living room with open up to the ridge has room for both dinner and hanging out. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal while you can hear the waves and gaze out over the sea and the Karlso Islands. If you want to take a dip, you can do it in the beautiful pool. There's also a sunroom for a rainy summer day.

Architect-designed summer house (moved in 2017) overlooking the sea. Kitchen with all comforts and laundry room with washer/dryer. WiFi (fiber). Outdoor kitchen with barbecue grill. TV room with large TV. One bathroom with shower/bathtub and one with only toilet. Annex with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, but no bathroom). Ygne and Högklint are some of the best places for sea trout fishing. Visby GK is 21 km away and Tofta Beach 16 km..
