Thea is a good host, she is very helpful and with quick response, her place is close to the places that we wanted to go.

Great place to stay in Rome. It's close to all of the action yet secluded enough for quiet and a good night's rest after walking around the city. I loved having an AC once it got hot outside. The units are well-designed for their size, very efficient and with good amenities. I loved the breakfast in the morning and all of their restaurant recommendations. Amazing hosts and super friendly staff. They were very responsive and proactive in communicating from check-in to check-out. I would stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

We booked this room because of the great reviews and the location near Vatican City- did not disappoint! We haven’t met Claudio but his very friendly partner Valeria. The room is nice and clean, easy communication with the host and good location! Fridge with some drinks and snacks, working air conditioning, coffee and tea station in the room… everything on point!

Andrea's place is in a great location, very close to the metro and to many coffee places and bakeries. The place is spotless and Andrea is responsive and friendly. I recommend.

Matilde’s place was an absolute gem , incredibly peaceful and tastefully decorated with great style. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to both the bus stop and metro station. There’s also a nearby shuttle bus that takes you directly to the airport at a very reasonable price, which was a big plus. Matilde was extremely responsive and kind, always quick to help with anything we needed. Each morning, we received breakfast vouchers for a delicious croissant and cappuccino ,such a lovely touch to start the day. We also discovered several excellent local restaurants in the area, offering great food at much better prices (and quality!) than the more touristy spots in the city center. All in all, a wonderful stay ,highly recommended!

Only stayed one night, but everything was great. Walked up to town for dinner and great breakfast in the AM. Staff was kind and helpful! Will stay again if I’m in the area.

The place is great, with a very good breakfast. The room is big and the bathroom very clean. Only downside, the mattress was too soft for us. Herma is very kind, had a great conversation with her. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back to her.

We had only one day and night for our stay at Sorano, clearly far too short! The appartement was more than top, TOP-TOP, extremely welcoming, super-clean and cosy, fridge, wonderful bathroom, confortable bed, with much light coming in from window and door and also a little garden to breakfast outside. Silvia and PierPaolo were the TOPPEST hosts we ever had the pleasure to meet!! Their tips for the astonishing sites to visit were again: TOP-TOP, so I should invent something negative otherwise the reader would think I'm exaggerating :-)) No, I'm NOT..!!!!

Giuseppe and his wife greeted us as though we we family and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The location is breathtaking, peaceful and private. Giuseppe made a dinner reservation at a quaint and authentic nearby restaurant which was incredible. We can’t say enough and would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed for New Year's Eve at ivo and Claudia. What to say... kind and helpful people. Perfect house, we went in 4 families with a total of 15 people. The setting was suitable for 19 people so we were very spacious. Everything is perfect, highly recommended, we will definitely be back

Great welcome, the bedroom and bathroom are very clean and the breakfast is rich and plentiful. A very quiet home away from the chaos of downtown. I'll be back.

We stayed at Casa Lola for the strategic location to be able to do a part of the Germanic Way, which starts from Amelia. We had a great time for the location of the property, for its features and for the extreme tranquility of the area. In contact with nature, with a beautiful garden, a nice view, green spaces. The house is very nice, in a rustic and welcoming style, the hosts were really kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful. In addition, we enjoyed the cuddles of Lola, the host's dog, very good and sweet, from whom the B&B takes its name. We would be happy to come back.

What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the Parco della Musica and for this purpose the property is perfect. A clean, welcoming environment with everything you might need for the night. highly recommended

Rustic accommodation in Umbrian farmhouse perfectly furnished with a pool, very clean and relaxing. For those who want to enjoy relaxation in nature. Highly recommended!
