The place is so beautiful! It makes you want to spend a lot of time just enjoying the landscape from the window, including looking for turtles. Hosts are very helpful! Too much worth it!

The environment is well located, close to the beach, you can walk there easily. The space itself is great, everything is very tidy and tasteful. Excellent for those who want to enjoy a few days in the city! And Marcio is always available for questions and to assist the guest. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was very pleasant! The location near the third bridge made it easy to access restaurants and bakeries, in addition to the sights, which are just 15 minutes by car. The room was clean, with new furniture, and the bathroom was spacious and well sanitized. The presence of items such as microwave and minibar made the accommodation even more functional. The breakfast offered was excellent, and Mr. Marco's reception was warm and very friendly, providing a welcoming experience. The only issue that could be improved is the shared garage, which can cause a little discomfort, but that did not compromise the quality of the accommodation. Overall, we recommend this option for those seeking comfort, good location and attentive service.

I've stayed with these hosts before, and as always, everything flowed super well. The communication is easy, they are attentive and the check-in/out is autonomous, which speeds up a lot. The house is well organized, cozy, equipped and air-conditioned in all the rooms (plus point). A point of attention: The neighborhood is known as “favelinha do Ibes” and is reputed to be dangerous. During the day it is quieter, but avoid arriving late at night. Township Improvement Suggestions: put blackout curtain on the bedrooms (even the light on the pole hinders those with light sensitivity) and the double bed mattress is uncomfortable. By contrast, single beds and auxiliaries are super comfortable! Overall, it was a good stay.

Dona Maria as we kindly call it was a great host, at all times requests and attentive. We received , presented to us the place, everything, all the instructions passed in a very clear way. Gnt left the gnt at will even as if at home. The environment is wonderful and corresponds exactly with the described, with easy access both by bus and by car, quiet and family neighborhood. All is well signaled in the environment which made it very easy. We love it and we will definitely be back soon !

Perfect stay, Claudia's environment was set up with all the affection I believe, for her own home, by the small details and care. Therefore it was a privilege to have had the opportunity to share this space. The apartment is very cozy, well structured with an incredible view of the beach. Also, the staff should be praised, starting with the cleaning lady "Sol", but extending to the concierge staff "Thiago and others". I thank Cláudia for the excellent rest I had, we treated her space as our home and I hope to return soon, but I already advise those interested to monitor the availability because it does not stay free😀😀 *Perfect moment summary* Cluadia's place is beautifully detailed and cozy, with amazing beach views. André is a super accessible person and focused on providing a hosting service with excellence. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, as well as the busy surroundings, with good restaurants and easy to find. The air conditioning meets the space and provides a pleasant air conditioning. The accommodation has all the necessary utensils and additions, such as a coffee maker and coffee powder, sugar, an electric pan, etc. I loved the cost-benefit of the place. The apartment is really very good, everything is very clean, super cozy, I felt at home all the time there. Mariana is very attentive, always making sure to ask if everything is okay and if she needs anything! The floor is high, the building has an easy entrance and exit, it is very busy, and there is even one of those mini markets on the ground floor. Loved the stay and would definitely come back!

Very well located apartment that met our needs very well, for a good cost-benefit. Clean bedding. The air conditioning room works well. In the living room, there was a good fan. Hostess very willing to help. I found the parking space to be quite suitable for my car (T-Cross), but very large cars may encounter difficulties, as the gate is not so wide. Overall, I thought it was great and would stay there again on a future trip.
