It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Our 1978 family home can accommodate 20 people, in the middle of a 1 hectare garden. In summer you can enjoy tennis (despite some fake rebounds) and the secure pool (heated from mid-May to the end of September), the large terrace on which you can enjoy your meals, play ping pong and prepare a BBQ. When the weather is less beautiful, the interior offers beautiful living spaces: a living room with a large fireplace, an entrance furnished with a French billiards table, etc...

Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has two terraces, one of which is covered to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and has its privacy (not overlooked by the adjoining owners' house). Guests can enjoy the orchard and 3500 m² garden.
