Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vodice

Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Es war sehr heiß ehrend unseres Aufenthalts, aber die Klimaanlagen und der Pool sorgten für kühle Nächte und Abkühlung am Tag. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was wir genossen haben, es war unheimlich erholsam!

We had the most wonderful holiday at this villa. Mario and Daria were incredibly helpful and responsive to messages, and Daria’s mother and father who live close by went above and beyond to be hospitable too. It’s not often that you visit a place that you know whole heartedly you will return to one day- and this place was exactly that! Our daughter loved examining all the local insects and she absolutely adored the trampoline- a great bonus. I don’t think any review can do justice to how beautiful this home is. I’m so sad we weren’t able to stay longer!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Martin! Bereits am ersten Tag wurden wir herzlich mit einer Etagere voller Fleisch, Schinken, Käse, frischem Brot und Donuts begrüßt – eine tolle Geste, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr groß und perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit vier Personen. Besonders schön fanden wir die Möglichkeit, in einem Raum zu kochen und im anderen zu essen, was uns ein unglaublich heimisches Gefühl vermittelt hat. Für Grillfans steht auch ein Outdoorgrill bereit, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Einkaufen ist ganz unkompliziert im benachbarten Ort Benkovac möglich, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Zusätzlich hatten wir ausreichend Möglichkeiten, uns nachmittags auf dem Gelände zu beschäftigen, denn es gibt einen kleinen Minigolfplatz, eine Dartscheibe, einen Tischkicker sowie einen erfrischenden Pool, die für viel Spaß und Abwechslung gesorgt haben. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft von Martin nur empfehlen!

Cette maison est un véritable coin de paradis ! Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille, et tout était absolument parfait ! Les chambres sont confortables, la maison dispose de 3 salles de bains, ce qui est très pratique. La cuisine est bien équipée. La terrasse avec piscine donne directement sur la mer! La vue est splendide ! L’environnement est calme. Vedrana s’est montrée très gentille et réactive dans nos échanges. Nous aurions aimé rester bien plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons ! C’est une des plus belles expériences airbnb de ma vie ! MERCI !

L'appartamento di Nikola è in un paesino tranquillo in un bellissimo parco naturale. Nikola è un host disponibilissimo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Radmila's place with our two doggies. The house is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need. Very clean, and Radmila greeted us warmly. Great place to easily get to Krka national park

Fenomenaal! Het is heerlijk thuiskomen in deze zeer verzorgde en goed uitgeruste villa. De ruimte onderscheid zich door een verwarmt zwembad en gebruik van een minibus tijdens je verblijf. De drie slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden hebben voldoende kastruimte, airco, tv, horren en shutters. Daarnaast meteen een badkamer. Het geheel is erg schoon, modern en met liefde ingericht. Er is in alles ruim voorzien zoals servies en andere keukenbenodigdheden. De accommodatie heeft een goede ligging om deze streek te verkennen. Op slechts een kwartier van de luchthaven van Zadar. Er zijn voldoende supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt. Martina is heel hartelijk, respecteert de gast en geeft deze ruimte en privacy. Naar wens kan ze een goede taxi chauffeur aanraden voor bijvoorbeeld vervoer van-en naar de luchthaven. Al met al een zeer geslaagd verblijf bij Villa Martina! Waarvoor hartelijk dank!

We loved our stay here. Mate was very accommodating and made us feel at home with local recommendations. Positioned close to a supermarket and close to Zadar itself. It was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed for a great trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Brigitta und Antun. Wir wurden mit Kaffee und Muffins in dem wunderschönen schattigen Innenhof verwöhnt, den wir auch zum Frühstücken nutzen durften. Unkomplizierter Kontakt, Brigitta spricht deutsch. Schönes kühles Appartement, blitzsauberes Bad. Fußläufig zur Altstadt von Trogir und doch ruhig gelegen. Einfache Badegelegenheit in der Nähe, wenn man mal schnell Schwimmen gehen will. Sehr schöne Strände in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Jelena is an excellent host. The accommodation was perfect for myself and my two daughters in their twenties. So peaceful with so many beautiful and walkable beaches and restaurants. Had a fab time ❤️

A vast balcony, with great shade, and furniture. Gorgeous vista, and a pleasant breeze. Private rocky beach right in front, with dedicated sunbeds and superb canopy made of natural materials. Not too many people. A relaxed private beach bar. Huge private pool. All this combined made our stay one of the best we had amongst the many stays we had all over the Croatian coast. Absolutely recommend.

Highly recommend this apartment. Jolanda was quick to get back to us and no problem checking in at 10pm. Apartment was well equipped with 2 comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen with everything including some welcome treats. The hot tub was amazing and very welcome after busy days out. A 10min walk to the old town and bus station with a supermarket around the corner. The shower runs on a tank so as long as no one spends too long there is enough hot water for 4 people. Jolanda also really kindly looked after our bags on our last day as our flight was late. Would definitely stay here again

Kathrin was an absolutely exceptional host. We had had to change our booking twice for personal reasons and it really was worth going for the ‘third time lucky’! Kathrin arranged for us to be collected by local taxi-driver, Boris, who we instantly warmed to (our children thought of him almost as their Croatian Grandad after four trips in his car on our short break!) and this made our arrival in Croatia to our accommodation easy and smooth. The apartment was beautiful, had everything you could want/need and the pool was perfect for us to have tons of fun in, as a family of 5 with toddlers and a teen. The local area is stunning and the restaurant where we had our final meal, Konoba Intrada that Kathrin had recommended, did not disappoint. Great food, great local wine and great service. We will definitely be staying at Kathrin’s place again and could not recommend the visiting the apartment and Croatia enough. Thank you so much, Kathrin, for such a special trip!

We loved our short stay here. Katarina met us when we arrived even tho it was quite late. lovely apartment, very peaceful and beautiful view and surroundings. Just a short walk down to Trogir old town. Highly recommend this place.

Couldn’t have been happier. Villa was amazing, the pictures didn’t do it justice. Was perfect for 9 of us. Everything was spotless, so well kept and felt extremely modern. Petra was super helpful in arranging arrivals at the villa, and assisting us with places to eat in Split. The cab driver who works with the Villa was also brilliant. Journeys into Split weren’t too bad, but definitely use the taxi driver that Petra recommends! Others will charge through the roof… On days we stayed locally, there are some amazing restaurants down on the waterfront of Kaštel Novi which were half the price of a dinner/drinks in Split - super happy with the location, and choice of villa! Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. We had an amazing stay in Croatia, and the Villa was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Split!

We had a lovely stay at Villa Family. For our group it was very nice to have a separate living space so we could also have some time to ourselves. Some of our group loved to be able to walk down to the grocery store and beach each day, but it was also nice to be able to spend time at the property. The view was unbeatable. Megy was very helpful in helping us arrange taxis. My favourite was the large outdoor table on the terrace so we could all dine together!

Wow, Doris’s beautiful accommodation was quite literally the best we have ever stayed in! The place is absolutely stunning, the pool magical, and the views outstanding. The gardens and plants were amazing too, its own botanical gardens! Doris was so very welcoming and we felt at home straight away. We loved the place so much we almost didn’t want to explore the area. However, the beach is only 5 minutes away and is beautiful and a few restaurants / cafes and a supermarket too. There was also the opportunity to book boat trips and jet skis from the beach area. Trogir is only a short drive away and we thought it was like a mini Dubrovnik, very pretty and a good place to take in the sunset while having a drink on the front with all the boats. Krka national park and Split aren’t too far either. We have come away feeling so relaxed and it provided us the most amazing opportunity to share special memories with the family! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Doris, it was amazing! ?

Veldig fint hus som var helt likt som på bildene! Huset ligger i fin avstand til både Trogir og Split, veldig passende sted dersom man er usikker på hvilken by man vil utforske. En dag hadde vi litt problemer med bassenget, sa ifra til verten og hun svarte med en gang og var i huset for å ordne bassenget kun 30 min etterpå. Helt fantastisk service!

Das Häuschen ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Man ist ungestört und gelangt von dort mit dem Auto innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten nach Zadar. Andrea war per immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach empfehlenswert!! ☺️

Wir waren mit der Villa mehr als zufrieden. Ist eine schöne, ruhige Gegend. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zu Supermärkten oder anderen Städten. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und leicht zu erreichen. Die Villa war schön und sauber. Ebenfalls eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Pool wurde nach Anfrage auch länger zur Verfügung gestellt (Eigentlich nur bis Ende September geöffnet; wir waren im Oktober da). Check in und Check out waren flexibel. Alles in einem eine sehr schöne Villa und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ! ☺️

I would highly recommend this lovely villa. We were a party of 6 adults, each couple had their own area/ apartment, and then the outside areas for socialising were lovely. The bbq was a real hit with us, and was well used! The sea access was an absolute gem, we spent a lot of time in and out of the sea with good access via a jetty, like your own private beach! The pool was another lovely addition… We wanted a quiet and peaceful location, which it was, and being close to the airport was a great advantage, the planes weren’t an issue at all. The hosts were very respectful of our privacy and were there if we needed them, and communication was excellent. Would recommend a visit to Trogir, only 10 mins drive away, a lovely place to visit for a few hours with great bars/ restaurants etc… Thank you Jelena and Sveto we had a superb holiday..

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. De woning is prachtig en Marija is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. We werden vriendelijk verwelkomd en er stond zelfs taart in de koelkast. Een van ons was jarig en Marija verraste ons nog extra met een heerlijke taart om het te vieren. We komen zeker terug! Dankjewel voor de geweldige dagen in het prachtige huis!
