Host Elton's property is located in South Goa. It's a newly constructed independent bungalow and easily accessible by road. It's slightly interior with a nice neighborhood as well. Property is fully furnished with Three Spacious bedrooms, Attached Bathrooms and also a nice balcony facing the paddy fields/ lake.All the attached bathrooms have hot water facilitythroughout. Living room is also quite big enough to accommodate a group of 6. Kitchen is semi furnished with utensils, gas stove, microwave, crockery sets. There's a very nice sit out area that adds to the beauty of the property. Two Cars can be easily parked inside the property. Overall, it's definitely worth staying in this property. Mr Elton was really helpful right from the time of booking the property till we vacated.. Our 3 day stay in the property seemed like we spent a few hours. It was very memorable as it was my Dad's FIRST VISIT TO GOA. He really loved the hospitality of the host and has plans of visiting again

A Five-Star Gem in Goa! This was our second time staying at this beautiful villa, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The house is spacious, set amidst a lush garden with fruit orchards and surrounded by serene natural beauty—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. A special thanks to our wonderful host, Daryl, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and always quick to respond. Also, heartfelt gratitude to Salina ji, the caretaker, for making our stay so comfortable and smooth. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in Goa. We had the most amazing time at Casa De Xanti – truly a peaceful paradise! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. Neel welcomed us past midnight in the rain despite having a fever. Both Neel and Sanya were incredibly warm, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Sanya replied instantly to every message, and Neel handled everything with care even while unwell. The villa is lush, spacious, and perfect for a group. We loved the patio for morning chai and evening chats. Clean bedrooms, spotless bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen added to the comfort. The peaceful location and adorable resident animals made it extra special (Neel checked we were okay with them first, which was thoughtful). Big thanks also to caretakers Maktoum Bhaiyya and Kamakshi Didi for their constant support and smiles. This stay gave us unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for anyone planning a group trip to Goa!
