It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can step onto a SUP or into a canoe.

In het Noordoosten van de Achterhoek hebben we, als onderdeel van onze woonboerderij, een oude schuur verbouwd tot een comfortabel gastenverblijf. Het huisje staat in een grote tuin omgeven door fruitbomen. Wandelroutes, waaronder een klompenpad, starten direct vanaf je verblijf. Diverse fietsknooppunten zijn op steenworp afstand te vinden. Welkom en geniet van alles wat de mooie Achterhoek te bieden heeft!

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Relax completely in an attractive guest house. The well-maintained guest house is located on a spacious enclosed property in the outskirts between Loenen and Klarenbeek. A loyal visitor to our property is the badger that lives in this region. Furthermore, you regularly see squirrels in the garden. The place is quiet and has a lot of privacy. A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

This beautiful vacation home is located in the Achterhoek in the middle of the forest. The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A nice place to unwind, enjoy the greenery and discover the surroundings. There is a large forest garden with a trampoline and a playhouse with swings. In the garden, there are several seats and a small fire can be lit here. In consultation, an early check-in around noon and a late check-out around 3 p.m. is usually possible.

Camping bungalow De Westlander

The camping bungalow is a simply furnished overnight place for up to 4 people and contains a double bed (2 mattresses of 80 cm), a single bed and there is an extra bed in the living room. The sleeping quarters are separated from each other by a wooden partition. The bungalow is made of wood and has a roof made of thick (truck) tarpaulin so that you can stay wonderfully dry in this accommodation even during the more humid days.
