A reserved parking space is right next to the building. The surroundings offer unique opportunities for hikes and bike tours. The Präbichl ski resort with 20 km of pistes is only 5 km away.

The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
