Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Votsi

What an incredible stay. Dmitri and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time in the villa. My family and I felt right at home. I could not recommend highly enough and we will be back again, without a doubt!

We had a lovely stay at Katarzyna's. The apartment is very functional and modern. Each room is independent (toilet, bathroom and clean air conditioner). It is very well equipped (washing machine, dishes in large quantities, toaster, microwave and beach towels). The service is worthy of a high-quality hotel. Katarzyna is very available to give advice. Drinks (beer juice coffee tea) and cakes were available upon arrival. The apartment is very central. (2 min from the pier and supermarkets / bakery but it is very quiet. The large terrace is lovely for eating meals. In short, a great stay, the best in Greece for us!

We warmly recommend Rania’s place: it is located in a very peaceful location, far from noise and traffic, so it’s perfect if you want to relax in the countryside! However, there are no markets nor restaurants close by, so we suggest renting a car or scooter. If you cannot, in just 15’ walk you reach the bus station and in about 30’ the beautiful Stafylos beach. The place is exactly as in the photos and we found it super clean. Rania is a wonderful host, very kind and available, as well as promptly responsive and happy to help her guests! We will for sure come back 😊

Completely renovated apartments, high quality bed sheets and towels, well equipes. Photos cannot transmit the familiar atmosphere. Close to one of the best beaches in the insel, where we país 15 Euros for 2 beds all day long (first row as well). Good greek "fast food" (atualmente, normal greek Ford like Gyros, Pommes Frites, pork steaks. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will come back soon for sure!

Beautiful home, wonderful host, PERFECT neighborhood, this is the perfect place if you’re looking to feel tucked away while in the heart of the town. Highly recommend! The home has a well-stocked kitchen, good lighting, comfortable furniture, and pretty village views from each window. It’s within easy walking distance of the sea, many restaurants, and a large supermarket. We stayed for 3 months during the winter and everything was perfect. Our visit was quiet, we had beaches all to ourselves, and we got to know so many wonderful locals. Also the cats in this part of the neighborhood are particularly sweet! Christmas time in Skiathos is truly magical. Oliver was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful, and kind. We would book with him again in a heartbeat! It was a privilege to stay in this home and I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Skiathos ☺️

Beautiful house in a great location!

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

A beautiful new apartment with a big comfortable balcony, spacious, felt like home. A very good location, supermarket, bakery around the corner, restaurant and next beach in 5-10min on foot. Very helpful and friendly host who helped with everything we needed. We‘d definitely stay there again!

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!
