Terrasse , jardin privatif sans vis à vis, barbecue, barques/pédalos, pêche, grande aire de jeux à l'abri, baby foot, ping pong, instruments (batterie, guitares, synthé, djembés) Horaires flexibles.

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

Between the Loire and the Canal d 'Orléans, charming studio. You love the Loire, canoeing and bike rides, Agnes and Francis welcome you, within a protected site, in this independent, comfortable, 27 m2 studio with direct access to the towpath.

The studio, south facing, has private access which is at the edge of the towpath, which is part of the very long European "Transibérique" bike path. The Loire runs along the canal: located between the two, the seawall takes you to the center of Orleans 6 km away. Wonderful, popular walking site, has retained the charm of the former mariners' village. Charming, quiet and a change of scenery characterize this place.
