We had an incredible stay! The house was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, and I loved how peaceful and inviting the space was. But what truly made the experience special was Epistimi – the host. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality made all the difference! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. I would love to come back again!

το σπίτι είναι από τα πιο περιποιημένα και άνετα που έχω διαμείνει και ταξιδεύω πολύ.Πεντακαθαρο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια,με υψηλή αίσθηση φιλοξενίας, πλήρως επιπλωμένο, άνετο πάρκινγκ εντός του χώρου της ιδιοκτησίας, άνετα κρεβάτια και όλα τα απαραίτητα.Η θάλασσα είναι στο ενα λεπτό απόσταση .Ιδανική επιλογή.Το σκυλάκι μας ήταν ευπρόσδεκτο και υπήρχε μέριμνα μέχρι και για αυτό (μπολακι για την τροφή του στο ντουλάπι της κουζίνας) είναι πολύ πιο όμορφο από ότι οι φωτογραφίες.Σιγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανα

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πολύ προσεγμένος. Η επικοινωνία μας με την οικοδεσπότη άμεση και σαφής. Μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Θα πηγαίναμε ξανά. Πολλά συγχαρητήρια.

Sophia is a super friendly host whose home reflects her thoughtfulness and creativity. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived (in fact, when we were wondering if we had the right house, a kind neighbour came over to assure us we were in the right place) and she had kindly left breakfast items and fresh oranges and her own delicious honey. The house has two huge terrace balconies that both have far reaching, beautiful views, and it's so close to Ancient Mycenae l. I would recommend a two night stay here so you can get up to the site early in the morning while it's cooler, then come back for lunch and a rest, and go back up to catch sunset at the Lion Gate. Parking is right outside and the area seemed very safe. We met the sweetest elderly cat too, who liked to hang out with us on the terrace. We were there during a bit of a heatwave and the air conditioning in the bedroom and front room was invaluable. In short, an authentic greek village and old-school Airbnb stay.

This place is a little jewel. The view literally took our breath away. Yannis and his father Spiros are such lovely people. They are warm, welcoming, practical and super-responsive. The beds were really comfortable, the linen crispy clean. The towels dazzling white. The beach..... 2 meters from the bottom of the garden. Literally heaven on earth. The wifi, air-conditioning, stove, all the amenities are in perfect working order. Thank you Yannis and Spiros!!!

Picturesque property with a very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. A beautiful, remote location with multiple options to swim and hike, Extremely quiet during low season (with so many cats and kittens in the area in need of food and affection!), and a car is required to reach local restaurants and amenities. Wonderful spot, would recommend!

Le logement correspond à l’annonce, pas de mauvaise surprise, situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la jolie ville de Nauplie. Malgré la barrière de la langue Dimitri a été très accueillant et amical. La climatisation est très appréciable et la terrasse offre un vrai plus pour le petit déjeuner et les apéros. Nous avons du payer une taxe de séjour obligatoire, il aurait été préférable qu’elle soit mentionnée sur l’annonce. Pour toutes ces qualités, nous recommandons ce logement.

Υπέροχο σπίτι, καταπληκτική τοποθεσία πάνω από τη θάλασσα! Το σπιτι είναι φοβερό και οι άνθρωποι πολύ καλοσυνάτοι και ευγενικοί! Θα το κάνουμε οπωσδήποτε οικογενειακό στέκι!!

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft rundum genossen! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft – wirklich kaum zu übertreffen. Hier kann man perfekt dem Alltag entfliehen. Besonders schön war, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren und den tollen Pool ganz für uns alleine hatten – pure Erholung! Panos hat uns einen wunderbaren Strand empfohlen, der mit schattigen Plätzen, wenigen Leuten und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre absolut überzeugt hat. Panos war durchweg hilfsbereit, hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und uns mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. Es war einfach nur erholsam – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Très joli endroit. Ce sont des appartements mitoyens (les autres sont également loués, la propriétaire habite à côtéà). La mer est à 10 mètres en face de la maison et elle est splendide.

Ηταν ολα εξαιρετικά και καλυτερα απο τις προσδοκιες μας. Υπηρχε πολυ ομορφη διακοσμηση με προσοχη σε καθε λεπτομερεια. Ανετο κρεβατι, πανεμορφο μπανιο, πληρης κουζινα, καλαθι καλωσορισματος, 2 τηλεροασεις smart, ζεστο σαλονι με τζακι υψηλης αποδοσης, καλη ηχομονωση χωρου. Σιγουρα θα αποτελει προτεραιοτητα στις επιλογες διανυκτερευσης μας στην περιοχη. Ευχαριστουμε

Το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο και όμορφο,ακριβως όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες! Τακτοποιημενος χώρος, κάτι που σου προσφέρει ηρεμία! Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα, ακόμα και τρόφιμα για να φτιάξεις πρωινό! Είναι δίπλα στο δρόμο, πολύ σημαντικό για εμάς αφού έχουμε δύο μωρά και αρκετά πράγματα για κουβάλημα! Ο κύριος Βασίλης και η γυναίκα του πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί! Θα το ξανά επέλεγα σίγουρα!

Ο οικοδεσπότης φιλόξενος, το σπίτι άνετο και πολύ καθαρό. Ένα μέρος πολύ όμορφο και ήσυχο.

House and property were perfect. We had a large group with 10 adults and 2 kids(ages 2 and 6). We had room to spread out and recover from long plane ride. Loved the animals and property. It is a working orange grove. Swam and played tennis. Easy drive to Nafplio (10minutes). Easy drive to Mycenae. Little village is close and has well stocked mini mart. Caretaker was attentive. We spent three nights.

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

I don't even know where to start because our stay was so magical. Mariangela and Michael were two of the most incredible hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their local recommendations guided our entire stay, and learning all about the local history was fascinating and such an added bonus. We changed our reservations to stay another two nights because we loved it so much and felt so at peace and at home. Waking up to birds singing and having such a beautiful place to relax and swim was the highlight of our 15 days in Greece. I cannot recommend this home and the hosts enough--we were treated like family and welcomed with open arms. My mother and I were traveling together and are both Greek, and it meant the world to learn Greek phrases and local tips on our first visit to our home country. We will definitely be back and there is no question we will stay here again. Thank you for everything, we are so grateful!

προκειται για συγκροτημα με 4 βιλες αυτονομες με μια κεντρικη πισινα. Παρα πολυ ομορφος εξωτερικος χωρις και η βιλα μεσα πανεμορφη καθαρη και ησυχη. Ξεκουραστικαμε, απολαυσαμε τον εξωτερικο χωρο και πραγματικα δεν ειχαμε κανενα παραπονο. Η βιλα που μειναμε ειχε 2 διπλα κρεβατια και δυο μονα. προσωπικα θα συστηνα το πολυ 4 ατομα ενηλικες. 6 μπορει να γινει «μικρο» το σπιτι αν εχετε σκοπο να μενετε ολη μερα εκει. Αν θα ξαναπηγαινα; ΕΝΟΕΙΤΑΙ! (επιπλεον εχει και πρωινο!).

We where very late at the house, because our luggage was not on the airport. so we call, that we are not at time at the House, that was not a problem. Eline left some food in refrigerator. That was very nice. The house is very comfortable and clean. Nearby there are restaurants. We had a Lovely Stay. Thank you Eline for the good communication. We enjoyed our stay, place is offering amazing scenery and opportunities. It is a huge house with amazing interior and garden. We will surely want to come back again.
