A great modern studio with a little terrace just for you! Spotless and had everything you need for a short get-away weekend for one person/ couple. The location is just amazing - right in the middle of numerous local champagne houses. The only thing we have found a little tricky was to find pillows and get a breakfast in the morning. Perhaps a great idea would be if the host offered breakfast for extra charge, as there are no groceries/cafes nearby. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Christel was friendly and helpful. The chateau garden was a lovely quiet place to relax. The region is very pretty and worth driving around. There are several champagne houses within walking distance of the accommodation.

I am delighted with my stay, the accommodation offered corresponded to my expectations and the description and the price is very reasonable. Christophe is a welcoming and attentive host. The place is quiet, but close to a large area if needed. I recommend it, and will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

This is the second time we've come back to Fabien's. The place is ideal for access to the high school organizing the CAPES in Châlons (12 min by car) and peaceful. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. Air conditioning is really a plus. And thank you to Fabien for all his attention. A host I would highly recommend.

Small, very nice, quiet, air-conditioned and very warm accommodation. Sev and Séb had fresh water in the fridge on this hot day and the next day I had a bowl of fresh raspberries! Inside, small cakes, specialties of Champagne. Lots of very appreciable little touches. Great stay, thank you to them.

We had a magical stay in this unique accommodation. The treehouse was simply amazing with so much attention to detail; from the mirrors in the knots of wood, to the little fairy doors and the ingenious use of materials and space. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable with many thoughtful touches. We all enjoyed the hot tub surrounded by the trees and the children were so excited when breakfast was delivered in a basket to be hoisted up. And what a delicious breakfast it was! The gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring them and meeting the animals. And walking back to the treehouse along walkways in the trees lit by fairy lights was wonderful. As soon as we arrived we felt immediately at peace and knew we were somewhere truly special and we have taken away some beautiful memories. One night was not enough and we will definitely be returning for longer next time. Thank you.
