Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

For lovers of a historic residential atmosphere: A spacious but above all cozy apartment near the Dutch-German border. You rent the entire apartment and therefore do not have to share spaces with others. The property dates back to 1895 and is built as an office building of a textile factory in Dutch hands: 'Spinnerei Deutschland‘. Ample free parking in front of the building. DATE OCCUPIED? Our cottage is behind our house near the nature reserves of Haaksberger- en Buurserveen. Nature bath within walking distance. Enjoy the peaceful environment and beautiful walking and biking trips. Price for the sauna on request From the veranda you can enjoy a beautiful view of meadows and wooden walls. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee, you will build your own campfire. There is a coal barbecue. The use of your own cooking appliances is not allowed.

You will stay in a beautifully renovated monumental school from 1913. Exactly across the Woold-Barlo border is the Grenspeddelaar. In front of a shop and gas station, which started it once. The gas station is now unmanned and the former shop has been converted into a charming and comfortable guesthouse. The Grenspeddelaar is in a special place: there is sometimes hustle and bustle, but there are also grazing cows across the road. Every guest, vacationer or passerby is welcome!
