Newly renovated with love, the old building is the former hunting room of the property. Our apartment is located in the small neighborhood of Terlinden. A beautiful environment for both active and passive relaxation and centrally located between the large regional cities such as Maastricht, Liege, Aachen, Valkenburg and Heerlen.

Our guest house is located in a winery building built around the end of the 19th century. Today, the winery is run by Markus Berres and his family. Our guest rooms and apartments are individually and modernly designed, of course with bathroom, toilet, Wi-Fi, smart TV and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You will find your wine for cozy evening hours while barbecuing on the terrace chilled from the temperature-controlled cabinet in the entrance area.

A nice, well-kept apartment with cozy and functional amenities, a nice large kitchen and a great shower room awaits you. In terms of transport, the apartment is very conveniently located. The Cologne Exhibition Center and the city center can be easily reached. The apartment has only recently been renovated and is mainly used by us as an office. Therefore, it is equipped with a workstation, Wi-Fi, printer and office supplies, which can also be used by our guests.

The private suite is located next to our house for a romantic getaway in a country setting. Relaxation and nature await you: sauna, shower, outdoor jacuzzi, terrace and deckchairs, garden table and access to the 1st floor of the duplex by a staircase: small kitchen, high table, corner sofa, large bathtub, king size bed, flat screen, VOO decoder and Netflix access. For your comfort, bathrobes, flip-flops, bath towels, sauna towels are at your disposal.

Very nice apartment with jacuzzi + outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read the listing in full), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) The kitchen is fully equipped. Foot whirlpool and foot massager available. No pets allowed! It's a non-smoking apartment. We kindly ask guests to smoke only outdoors.

Welcome to this wooden and glass setting where the tall trees are reflected. On the terrace, a Nordic bath which you will heat yourself with wood, deckchairs, a table and chairs are there to brighten your stay. Behind the mirror, beyond the large sliding door, a lovely double bed whose qualities are unnecessary to describe, you will be the sole judges. Spacious Finnish sauna, you will enjoy a relaxing view of the beautiful garden.

Relax and/or be active in the vast and untouched landscape of the Soonwald. Ideal starting point for hikes, holidays with dogs, biking, exploring wild valleys, discovering dream paths, visiting castles and mines, hiking meadows and forests, enjoying nature, finding peace.... Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a small fee. A rich and regional breakfast can be reserved before arrival. Also vegetarian. Shopping is a 10-minute drive away.
