Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The house is in a quiet location just outside the centre of Bad Bertrich, from the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery and the river Üß. However, in 2 minutes you can walk to the centre with its bakery, cafes, restaurants, parks and of course the sauna complex which the village is famous for. Hiking trails start on all sides of the house and in 7 minutes you can reach the banks of the Moselle (Alf/Bullay). The tourist town of Zell is 15 minutes away.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Vous pourrez profiter du grand jardin arboré pour vous détendre en famille ou entre amis. Accès direct aux sentiers qui vous mèneront sur le plateau des Hautes Fagnes en passant par l'étonnant canyon du Trôs Marèts. Cartes avec circuits balisés disponibles sur place. Mamdi's Country

Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to August) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.

Die Preise beziehen sich auf eine Belegung mit 6 Personen (Mindestberechnung). Am Sonntag ist eine späte Abreise bis 22.00 Uhr bereits im Preis enthalten. Jede weitere Person wird mit € 30,- pro Nacht berechnet. Sehr besonderes Haus mit parkähnlichem Garten und Barockpavillon. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Privatbrücke. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre mitten in der Stadt. Der Park bietet viele verschiedene Winkel und Ecken auf verschiedenen Ebenen und tollen Ausblicke.

Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old manor house with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and our forest house can accommodate four people. Many walks start 200 meters from the house. Your accommodation can accommodate 7 adults in 3 large bedrooms consisting of 3 double beds that can be separated into 2. The first bedroom also has a loft bed. One bathroom, 2 separate toilets.
