The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The Motta Naluns ski and hiking area and Scuol-Tarasp train station are a 5-minute bus or car ride away. The apartment has a living room with a satellite TV and is equipped with a large sofa, which can quickly be transformed into a sofa bed with a mattress (140 x 200). The apartment is located within a very short walking distance to the bus stop.

The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Great location! The house is close to adventure pool (Bogn Engadina), shopping, public transport, restaurants. You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no stove), shower/toilet) in a 400-year-old farmhouse is close to the Ardez train station. There are many antique utensils in the house and in the apartment. You'll love my place because of the flair of old times, equipped with every comfort. Free parking is available for our guests nearby.
