The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

A cozy studio apartment (19 sq meters), located in a tenement house from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, in the center of Sokołowska. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction cooktop, kettle, as well as various types of kitchen utensils. The place is designed for short-term stays for couples. There is also an inflatable mattress (included) for 3 people. We are locals, we will be happy to give you tips about the region :) We speak English.
