I really enjoy the time in Michaela's apartment! The apartment is great and really leaves nothing to be desired. It is also super suitable for longer stays. The location with perfect access to Kufstein and Munich, the beautiful view of the mountains, the loving high-quality furnishings and of course Michaela's warmth make it a wonderful home away from home! Highly recommended :)

The stay was fantastic all around! The check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible - exactly as you would like it. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The accommodation was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate - a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool - perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. We felt totally comfortable and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great time!

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! Everything looks like the pictures, even a little more beautiful. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The location is very nice and we were able to start hiking right at the front door. We had a great vacation, thanks for the nice stay!

Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

We visited our family nearby and were delighted with the beautiful location , the nearby swimming lake and the very friendly and easy interaction with Jan, our landlord, who also welcomed our dog into his apartment. We found it wonderful that we did NOT land in front of the TV for a week in the evening (because there is no one there) . A very relaxing and relaxing stay, thank you.

We had very nice days in Christa's apartment! The apartment is clean, has everything you need, a beautiful garden and a fantastic view of the mountains from the living room. There is a lot to discover in the area and you can also hike directly from the farm. Christa and her family are really child-friendly, very nice and helpful. Thank you again!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. We were especially surprised by the size and amenities of the accommodation. We lacked nothing. The apartment is located in a quiet location. Nevertheless, you can reach various destinations quickly. We were completely satisfied.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation of Sandra and Franziska. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel right at home! The amenities exceed every expectation and surprised us a lot. A lot of effort is put into this and focuses on special features. We've never before experienced it. On the cozy balcony with beautiful views of the lake and mountains you can have a great breakfast or end the day! Had a great time!

There are no words to describe the great ambience of the stay on Fraueninsel. It was fantastic!! Rarely experienced something as idyllic as on the Fraueninsel. The apartment was more than great! An apartment with charm and really enough space. Spacious bedrooms overlooking Lake Chiemsee, a large kitchen and we used the kitchen regularly during our stay. The entire apartment was very, very clean. There is a small Edeka on the island, where we bought our food. All in all a jewel and many thanks to the hostess, who helped us to experience such a great short break on the island 🙏

The instructions for the arrival were simple and clear, the house is easy to find, in a very calm area. The garden and the view from the garden are insanely beautiful. The accommodation is clean, and well equipped. I felt like home there. Is was comfortable. Liked so much staying there. Königssee but also other touristic points to visit are very close. I’ll gladly stay again in this accommodation. I recommend it!

Beautiful accommodation in a very nice environment. Christian was incredibly helpful and was able to give us good tips for the area. We were there with our three-year-old child and we can recommend that too. The accommodation is very child-friendly.

We felt very comfortable during our stay! The apartment has everything you need and even with four adults we had enough space. The ski bus runs right in front of the house, so you can reach the valley station (Seegatterl Winklmoos-Alm) in a few minutes. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

We had wonderful days in the beautiful apartment of Carolin and Stephan. The communication in advance as well as during the stay was very pleasant and courteous, messages were answered quickly and very friendly. The provision of a travel cot and a high chair was offered directly, so we didn't have to worry about it. Everything was super clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (spices, oil, etc. available). Even water, beer, tea & some coffee were available as a welcome! In addition, dishwasher + tabs. The bathroom (directly adjacent to the bedroom) was also perfectly clean, the shower is large and accessible at ground level. The fold-out sofa bed in the living room was also very comfortable! The apartment was on the upper floor, from the balcony you had a beautiful view! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment without reservation! Thank you :)

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

The holiday home of Christine and Jozef is a real gem for peace seekers. House is equipped with all comforts, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The house is in a very rural and quiet area, overlooking the Alps, and with opportunities for cycling, hiking, swimming in the summer. Waking up in the morning to the sound of cows mooing, who wouldn't want that?

I can only recommend it. Very nice Airbnb, large indoor and outdoor area.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
