Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

My stay with my family of 6 was amazing. It was very spacious. The place was exactly as described. The living room view toogood to be true. The neighbourhood was very pretty. Would really recommend it to a big group.

Accommodation in an old house, with renovated kitchen and bathroom. The decor is eclectic and fun. Parking in the driveway is appreciated, as well as the terrace in the garden.

This place is stunning and accommodated our group of 8 with ease. We all absolutely loved it here. The views from the verandah are picture perfert with plenty to do in the nearby area. Be aware there is a washing machine and dryer fee. The house itself so warm and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this place.

A very nice, high-quality accommodation (perhaps apart from the hair dryer), where they really thought things through. Everything you need is there, the view of the mountains is a dream and the pool and whirlpool make the whole thing complete after hiking in the great area. Lukas responded immediately and nicely to questions. I really highly recommend this place.

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

Harald has proven to be an excellent host who proactively provided us with all the relevant information and recommendations in advance. Also during the stay the communication was excellent. The house corresponds 1:1 to the pictures and descriptions and leaves nothing to be desired. The surroundings (especially Kaisertal) offer great opportunities for smaller and larger tours. Definitely recommend!

Clean apartment at a very good location

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and whirlpool can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

The place was great, the rooms were nice and species and garden has a beautiful view! Everything was tidy, clean and organized. Julia was was very kind and helpful with all our questions and requests and the area is stunning. Very recommended!

For a ski weekend, the location of the apartment right at the valley station was brilliant. In the morning we were with the first one at the elevator.😀 The apartment has everything you need and we felt very welcome. Andreas provided us with plenty of information. We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

I spent two nights at Marcus' and I can only recommend it. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. The terrace with a view of the lake is simply unbeatable. I will definitely come back ☺️

I spent almost 5 weeks in the apartment with Christian and felt comfortable all around. Apartment is well equipped. Top washing machine and induction stove , good mattresses and the view is great. Christian was always approachable despite the vacation and took care of it immediately. Really very nice host. The location is on the outskirts of Bad Aibling. Perfect for walks and cycling. Only a few minutes walk you can reach the river Mangfall, from where you can see the mountains. Shopping center and train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Always happy 😁

I would give 10 stars Great place to stay. Host is very friendly takes care of it and also asks. The accommodation is top, there is nothing to complain about,keep it up. Everything available,super clean, great communication,a dream. Very quiet and nice location not far from the lake and the mountains. Great starting point for many activities. Great, 👍👍👍👍👍👍
