Die Loggia bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Dreisesselberg und den nahegelegenen Badesee. Gäste können hier entspannen und in die Schönheit der Natur eintauchen. Mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa bietet es Platz für bis zu vier Personen und ist ideal für kleine Familien oder Paare. Wir haben eine zweite Wohnung in der Anlage.

The duplex apartment was built in a terraced house style and accordingly has separate access from the outside. The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. Directly in front of it is the associated parking space under a carport. The apartment is 42 m². From the entrance area, the bedroom (with access to its own balcony) and the bathroom (with access to its own terrace) are accessible. The living/dining area with an open kitchen can be reached via a staircase to the upper floor.

Ameisberger - Country house

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
