At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The completely newly furnished and renovated apartment consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 wide double bed with a continuous mattress, a closet, a desk and an armchair.
