Definitely our number one choice coming to Walterboro. We visit Walterboro often and are happy to have found this place. Host Kya is very responsive . We had a small issue and she got back to me asap. Awesome , kind people to work with. The place has a lot of things that they thought of for guests. We had little ones and didn’t have to stress about much. I do want to let people know though if you have a little one , the shower can be slippery. . I only say this because my 2 year old is used to standing in shower . This one she slid easily so I had to breathe on her neck lol. I say this just as a heads up. It doesn’t take away from stay and we will definitely be back. Thanks for wonderful stay. Last note: beds are firm .

It was a great peaceful stay. It was close to the job we were working on . She has plenty parking space for pulling our trailer. There were minor things with cleaning but Elizabeth was quick to respond about one of the concerns I had. It has a large yard for family to walk around or kids to play. I loved not hearing a lot of traffic etc. It has great space inside for the people in my party. I absolutely loved she had a linen closet. It reminded me of growing up and visiting grandparents etc. We would definitely return .

This house was so clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. Marianne was great. We had asked for firewood and her supply had run out. She delivered firewood to us on Thanksgiving day! That is above and beyond. Highly recommend this place.

From the moment we arrived, we felt embraced by warmth, comfort, and Southern charm. The space was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering everything we needed to relax, gather, and support one another as a family. Every detail was thoughtful—from the cozy bedding and well-stocked kitchen to the serene outdoor spaces that gave us moments of quiet reflection. The host went above and beyond, making sure our stay was seamless. Communication was prompt, clear, and kind. It felt like more than just a rental—it felt like we were welcomed home. Grover’s Place was a blessing during such an important week in our lives. Thank you for providing such a beautiful space for our family to come together in love, healing, and remembrance.
