The apartment in this beautiful area of Thuringia is very quiet, spacious and lovingly furnished, and perfectly equipped with everything you need. The landlord is very friendly and always quick to reach. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The place was very clean and nothing was broken for the first time, everything worked ,Wi-Fi,TV,toaster, Coffee maker,vacuum cleaner,hair dryer, hot water etc.... Cleaning products ,toilet paper ,Zewa were provided. Tea ,coffee pods, oil,vinegar ,sugar,salt all there . Furnishings also very good everything you need simply bed is super comfortable everything together top with star* you can also say exemplary run apartment. It's even nicer than the photos. Bright and friendly and incredibly generous. Everything is there, we just needed a big salad bowl, the big saucepan too. Checking in was easy and we could feel right at home. The apartment is located with all windows on a busy street. If you sleep with the window open, you should consider this (at night it is quiet, in the morning the traffic starts early). The city center is close, there are several supermarkets, the location is great and everything is within walking distance. Clear recommendation and thank you! :-)

Had an excellent stay for a couple of nights at Ralf's place. Very friendly and welcoming. Everything you need for a decent length of stay and comfortable beds!

A great place to unwind and discover: If you love to explore the surroundings and at the same time value feeling at home, you have come to the right place. The accommodation is in a quiet location, yet you can reach the motorway exits in a few minutes. The apartment is tastefully furnished and kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. In terms of cleanliness, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. You can spend great days in the apartment. Because when you look out of the kitchen and living room window, you feel like you're on holiday in Tuscany. Great and well-maintained outdoor area with pool, seating area, barbecue area and play area for the children. We felt very, very comfortable and welcome and thank you very much for the nice hospitality.

Nadine is a very friendly, flexible and uncomplicated hostess. The apartment was very clean and tidy and has everything you need. I really liked the little jar of honey to try as well as the shower gel and lotion, because I had forgotten both ;). The location of the place is great. The Rewe supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, the train station is about 15 minutes away, and the city center (pedestrian zone) is 2 minutes away.

Beautiful and luxurious apartment. Good bed, lovely roof terrace and beautiful bathroom. The distance to the center is easily reached on foot. Private parking is very convenient. Recommended!

The apartment is very tastefully and modernly furnished, well equipped, lovingly decorated and sparkling clean. The bed has a wonderful mattress, the duvet is light and warm. The apartment is centrally located and in a few steps you are in the beautiful city park with its old trees. Ralf is always available and helpful. I would recommend this apartment.

The stay with Thomas was completely pleasant. The place was clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. The communication with Thomas was straightforward and warm – you felt immediately welcome. I can definitely recommend this place to stay and I'd love to come back!

The apartment is complete and has an atmospheric interior. It is located in the city centre of Gotha, but is very quiet and private. Within 2 minutes walking we were at the market where the Christmas market was. There were also several restaurants within walking distance. Gerrit was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had an all-round successful stay with Nicole and Helga! The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped - ideal for our three-day hiking holiday in the Thuringian Forest. Nicole and Helga are exceptionally warm and accommodating hosts. Upon arrival, we felt immediately welcome. Even during our stay, they were at our side with valuable tips about the area. After extensive hikes in the beautiful nature of the Thuringian Forest, we were able to end the day in the evening relaxing on the balcony - simply wonderful! Thank you for the great time – we will be happy to come back!

First of all: we would definitely come back! Communication with Norman was totally straightforward and very friendly in advance. He also came by on site to say hello (his partner lives with him in the house), he gave us great tips for the area and helped us out with a pan :-). We were also allowed to meet his partner - both simply great and we immediately fell in love with the apartment - cozy, comfortable, with a lot of love for detail and everything we needed for a nice weekend - the Bluetooth box was also a nice detail. So, a hearty recommendation from us! P.S. It is only a 5-minute walk to the market square and the castle.

The apartment is very nicely located in the center of Schmalkalden. The apartment is well appointed and was very clean. Directions are a bit complicated, as Google Maps approaches the building from the front, here is a kind of green area, not the parking lot. It would have been nice if it had been pointed out that the 3rd bedroom is a connecting room to one of the other bedrooms. All in all, a nice stay in a very modern, neat and well-equipped apartment.

It was a nice stopover on our journey from Hamburg to Garmisch. We felt comfortable and were able to take a nice hike directly from the apartment.

Walter is a very nice host. We had some last minute changes and we didn't come in the end, but Walter was very understanding and kind. I hope that my colleagues will arrive some other time. I recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in the feel-good oasis of Madeleine and Martin! The apartment is lovingly and individually furnished, super comfortable with cozy beds and a spacious living area. We particularly enjoyed the balcony and outdoor jacuzzi. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and made the stay even more enjoyable. The hobby room was an absolute highlight! Everything was very clean and well maintained. A perfect place to relax and discover the surroundings. Highly recommend!

We spent a few wonderful days in Thuringia over Pentecost and can absolutely recommend the accommodation! The apartment was beautifully furnished – modern, cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I was particularly enthusiastic about the in-house sauna - perfect for relaxing after a long hike through the fantastic nature of the surroundings. The location is also great: Quietly located, but with the car everything is good and quickly accessible – both beautiful hiking trails and shopping facilities and excursion destinations in the region. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
