Our cozy house, built in 1894, is conveniently located in the center of the beautiful, green town of Witten in the heart of the Ruhr area. The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the 2nd floor is bright and friendly. For self-catering, there is a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stovetop, oven and fridge. A nice new bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. TV + DVB-T2 antenna and Internet connection via Wi-Fi.

Obergeschoss , hinten-rechts) befindet sich in Dortmund-Hombruch, einem der attraktivsten Stadteile des Dortmunder Südens mit zentraler Anbindung zur Uni-Dortmund, zum Fussballstadion, zur Messe-Dortmund / Westfalenhallen und zur Innenstadt. Der hombrucher Stadtkern mit Kaffee's, Restaurants, Eisdielen und zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist fussläufig in 2-3 Min. erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Quiet apartment in the south of Dortmund

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.
