Our new half-timbered house is located directly on the edge of the forest in a cul-de-sac location and offers 85 square meters of living space and a sunny garden. The lake is steps away. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours (100-castle bike route, Ems-Rad-Weg) or for excursions to the most livable city of Münster (27 km), to the horse stronghold of Warendorf (10 km) or to the place of pilgrimage of Telgte (10 km).

Das Haus wurde 1934 erbaut und 2025 vollständig saniert – der besondere Charme der alten Holzbalken zieht sich jedoch weiterhin durch jeden Raum und erinnert an die Geschichte dieses einzigartigen Hauses. Du kannst hier mit dem Kanu eine Tour unternehmen, die Ruhe am Wasser genießen und bei Netflix & Disney+ abschalten.

In dieser gemütlichen Unterkunft ist jeder Quadratzentimeter durchdacht genutzt, um dir den maximalen Komfort zu bieten.

Münster: House on the Werse

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the main market. The vacation home is located on a 1000 m² property and offers direct access to the Werse. The landscape conservation area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor pool Stapelskotten you can swim, the bike and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

Chic studio with garden by Lake Aasee

The 2-room apartment, furnished with love, offers a spacious studio that opens onto the garden via a sunny terrace. Floor-to-ceiling glass surfaces ensure pleasant natural lighting. When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide. To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.

In our cozy half-timbered house on the pilgrimage route with a direct view of the canal, you can watch and enjoy the sunrise, the tranquility of nature and the passing ships. Whether a city stroll through the historic old town of Münster, a hike through the Teutoburg Forest or a bike ride along the canal, the beautiful Münsterland offers great opportunities for day trips and relaxation from everyday life. We welcome you to our small village!

Modern apartment close to Lake Cappenberg, 1-4 guests

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is 55 square meters and is located 700 meters from Lake Cappenberg and the outdoor pool. In the apartment is a single bed and a double bed. A sofa bed is available for the fourth guest. The center of Lünen and the train station where the train to Münster and Dortmund departs are in approx. 15 minutes' walk. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a two-family house.

Apartment La Maison features a private entrance and a private terrace. The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living space with sofa, TV, and fireplace. Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds, one of which can be separated into two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, with a separate toilet and direct access to the sauna. The terrace offers a seating area, sun lounger, and charcoal grill.

Surrounded by beautiful nature with deep gorges and small streams, partly natural forests and the adjacent fields and meadows with their biodiversity, the soul can come to rest and offer you the opportunity to recover from the stresses of everyday life. Kick back and relax on our small farm on the outskirts of Münster. Here we live in the self-renovated granary. We look forward to seeing you soon! From here you can explore the city of Münster and the surrounding area on its many bike paths. In the evening, we invite you to look at the large vegetable garden with us, to visit the animals or to listen to the sound of nature in peace by the pond.
