The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our Hüsken offers direct access to its own garden with seating area, fireplace, barbecue facilities, parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11kW is available on the property at cost price.

It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm), a table to work, play, etc., and storage. The tables in one of the rooms + kitchen are foldable. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can be cooked and baked. There is 1 bathroom with bath and sink. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided.
