We bought this house in 2018. It is about 2 km from the town of Ennigerloh. The house is located in the countryside, overlooking fields and meadows. Since 2018, we have been diligently renovating and refurbishing. Not everything is perfect yet, but the apartment has been furnished with love. The apartment is completely renovated and refurbished, which means ceilings, floor, doors, walls all new. The bathroom is partially renovated. The toilet and sink are new, and the PVC is new.

Idyllic holiday home in Münsterland

Between Warendorf and Freckenhorst, surrounded by fields and meadows, you can find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in our ecologically restored barn. Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

"Sweet Home" in an attractive location

A separate, closed area awaits you, which you can reach through a corresponding staircase. In our little "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, Wi-Fi, armchair and a shelf (clothes storage). From here you can enter the separate shower. The laundry area and toilet are separate.(In this room, the ceiling height is only 2 m) Our Sweet Home includes a small sitting area with coffee/tea bar and a hallway with a wardrobe.

Old building charm for individualists

You will stay in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and market square are within a minute's walk. The decor is very individual and it is important to me that you feel “at home” in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50 square meters, which are completely at your disposal during your stay

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. Nevertheless, the location to the center of the famous city of the horse "Warendorf" is only 2.5 km away and food and other shopping facilities are already within 1 km.

Cozy apartment, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and oven, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate entrance, all on the first floor. The quiet location of the house promises a relaxing vacation. Within walking distance you are in the town center, surrounded by Aldi, Edeka, etc. St. Josef Abbey is about a 15-minute walk. A rental bike is also free to use.

Nice and spacious apartment with separate entrance. It is 65 m2, is located in a rural location, but still only 2 km from the city center. It is 800 metres to the nearest supermarket (Marktkauf, Aldi, K+K and s.w.). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and coffee maker. And of course a washing machine.
