Monthly Rentals in Warm Mineral Springs

We enjoyed a 2 month stay here. Fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry making everything ready to use. Place was spotless and had lots of added comforts like extra pillows, cozy throws and plenty of towels and hangers. The balcony overlooks the golf course and the clubhouse is literally only steps away. Publix, UPS and a several restaurants are close by as well. We highly recommend our host, Joey and his lovely place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this AirBnb. The house was immaculate and beautifully done. Very minimal decor but what is there is very aesthetically pleasing. Lots of space and the kitchen had everything you’d need if cooking a meal. The outdoor lounge area was lovely. The only minor thing is the street is narrow and there’s no sidewalks so if you’re going for a walk you need to be mindful of other cars because you’ll be walking on the narrow roads. Stores aren’t within walking distance so make sure you have a means of transportation. We visited Venice Beach and Siesta Key Beach. Both a short drive and were incredible!! All in all, we’d definitely go back again, we loved the house!

Loved that everything was brand new. It is in a quiet area but only a mile or less from the Tamiami Trail main road. You can sit on the back deck and no other houses are looking at you. There is a screened in area and an area outside the screen if you want to lay out in the sun. I went to Nokomis Beach three times. It is only around 20 min to get there. Also make sure to visit Wellen Park in the evening for dinner and Sunday morning for the farmers market. The owner responded to me very quickly when I messaged him. I hope the unit is open the next time I visit!
