Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Warren County

This was a wonderful place to stay this week. Great place to spend time when we were in the area for an event. We enjoyed the local pizza place she recommended in her booklet about the space. Very clean. Clear instructions and communication. The large bed was so comfortable! Accommodated our group so well. We were very appreciative of our “home away from home” for the week!

Marcy is a great host. She was super proactive and let us know what was amhappening with the house right away before we even left home. She kept us informed all along the way. House is just as described and worked very well for our family of six. Only issue we had is what kid got to sleep on what bunk bed. Great assortment of games and toys for the kiddos to engage at all of our age ranges. The entire family loved the place. Thanks Marcy for a great stay!!

The space is exactly as described with close proximity to downtown Loveland. Also… there is a mix of local wildlife that provides great company. While there, many birds were playing in the backyard, a gorgeous doe and fawn, and a tiny little bunny.. even if you don’t make it to trails you’ll witness nature’s beauty which is a testament to the tranquility of the neighborhood for the deer to feel safe leaving their young. Please be respectful of the creatures of that space if you come into contact. :-)

We had a storm go through so we had to get to the house and stay...but watched some favorite shows on the steaming service and got a early start the next morning. It was fun to chill at this house

We rented this home for my daughter’s graduation from Miami university. It was perfect for our large family. The home itself is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. My husband enjoyed fishing in the pond and we used the hot tub, my kids even had a fire one night. Viviana was very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend her place. We didn’t want to leave 😊 Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This was a great stay for our family! It had everything we needed, and was so close to everything we were hoping to do. We would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Beautiful location that was walkable to so many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and of course the Loveland trails. The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was very quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. Would for sure stay again.

We looked for a place right on the bike trail and this was. Our place was the last one down the hall. I was taken aback at first with how musty and damp the hall was. But once inside the place it was not at all like that. Very clean and had everything we needed. Like the description says lots of the original buildings rustic look was preserved. My only concern with the place was when looking up at the ceiling it felt like parts of the concrete were loose. (None fell) The brewery was great to have right on site. We did not eat there but lots of people did. Jason and group were very responsive! Would recommend ! Especially if you like biking ! 🚴

Was here for a dog agility show and the place was perfect. Could walk to Kroger groceries. She had a nice welcome basket with snacks. Definitely will come back to stay at Yvonnes place.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit faces the river and bike trail. The windows are tree level and there were a lot of birds to watch. We had a few groups of friends come to visit and it was very convenient to eat at the brewery and then come back to the unit to chat. Kitchen is adequate to prepare simple meals, we cooked dinner for one guest. Bed is comfortable, unit is clean and nicely decorated. The complex has the feeling of being in a natural area without being too for from the beaten path. Closets are large and pack and play or air mattresses for kiddos could fit there. A few things to mention as a heads up, these things are part of the industrial vibe---a few areas of the floor are slightly raised and rough, the walls of the second bedroom don't go all the way up to the ceiling, and occasionally some low level noise from other residents and their dogs. We would like to stay here again as the nature vibe is very relaxing.

We’ve stayed at several places in the Dayton and Cincinnati area, visiting family, but this was hands down the best. So comfortable, beautiful finishes, quiet, amazing kitchen, and very spacious. There are a lot of stairs/levels, which was fine for us, but may be an issue for others. Would like to stay there again.

This was a cozy and convenient place, allowing me and my family to feel comfortable and relaxed during a very busy weekend spent in the Dayton and Franklin area. It has very easy access to the highway and other helpful locations like Sheets, Restaurants/Coffee, as well as a Walmart in walking distance. Altogether they were really helpful with any questions I had and you could tell they took pride in what they’re doing. If I had to be in the area I would stay again.

April's place was great, and exactly as described. I got very clear instructions for check-in ahead of time, and everything was smooth and easy. The place was clean and tidy, had everything you could need, and was in walking distance of some nice places to eat. Overall, it was a great find.

Dawn was a fantastic host! Check-in was incredibly easy and smooth, which made our arrival stress-free. Dawn was proactive in sharing all the information we needed upfront—super helpful and thoughtful. We especially appreciated the flexibility and kindness in helping us with a late check-out. Overall, a great stay made even better by the hospitality. Highly recommend!

We loved our short stay at this spot. The host communicated well and navigating check in and parking was a breeze. We also loved the location, which was very walkable to parks, restaurants, breweries, etc. We had an issue with the WiFi one evening but Eric and team were very responsive and got the situation resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend this spot!

My wife and I were traveling with our two year old daughter, and Sid’s place was perfect for a weekend stay. Great location close to downtown and all of the surrounding areas (Findlay Market, Over-the-Rhine, Newport, etc.). The place was comfy, quiet, and perfect to come back to agter running around on a super hot day (the air conditioning works great!). Thanks Sid!

This place is so cute—everything as described, super clean and adorable decor! Easy check in/out process. Wonderful communication from the host! We’d definitely stay again when we’re back in the area!

Checks ALL boxes of being fantastic! This is our second time staying at this building of Nicks and I’ll be back every time I’m in the area! Tons of little shops to go check out, all around perfect place to stay!!

Have stayed here before and would happily stay again. Great for 1 person or a couple. In a cute historic district that’s a short drive to some good Dayton eateries. Aspasia was very kind and went to turn the lights on when she found out my flight was delayed and I was coming in very late.

Daniel's place was a great place to stay with my family of 4. He was a very responsive host that made the entire process smooth. The location was great- walkable to many cool places nearby such as Madtree Brewing and Oakley Square. We enjoyed walking to Aglamesis Bros. ice cream each night. Easy to get everywhere around Cinicinnati as well. Private parking area was nice to have. The touches for kids were a plus that made it easy to stay with a family. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!
