The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.

We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.

Converted from a 300 year old stable, part of a Gentleman's Residence in a small village on the outskirts of York. We have an orchard with chickens and occasionally piglets.
