Monthly Rentals in Washington Park

WOW! What can we say? This is our 2nd time staying here and it was better the second time. My fiancee and I celebrated 10 years together with a trip to our favorite spot, and our wonderful host Sylvia left us some amazing gifts upon arrival. It's a very nice home to stay! Great location, close to Payson, private, in great condition, clean. It was very easy to find. Randy is absolutely amazing host! He responded very quickly to all my questions, accommodated all our needs! The house has everything you need, 2 different coffee machines, nice big refrigerator, 2 TVs, good! internet, Netflix, a lot of nice sofas, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms!, outside furniture, fireplace. I would love to come back at any time! Thank you, Randy!

Easy to find and get to for how remote it is. Awesome deck, fully fenced yard. Comfortable accommodations. Was worried about noise after hearing about all the side by side trails but it was nice and quiet! Already booked a return trip.
