I messaged our host after check out cause I believed we threw a valuable item in the dumpster. The host went ahead and checked only to find the item left inside. They went above and beyond to find this for us . We are so grateful for their hospitality.

Kate’s place was ideal for my two week stay while I was visiting The Valley. Kate and her husband were very respectful, proactive and helpful and never intrusive. A lovely amenity with everything provided. Will definitely stay again.

The apartment was great, it was below where the hosts live, which is a big plus. If anything goes wrong, they are right there to correct it! The view is incredible, and wildlife is right outside your window (a moose walked by our window the 1st day!). They have many amenities not expected; coffee pods, snacks, and they even gave us a welcome dish of pastries. Would definitely stay again, it would even be a positive consideration when deciding to return to Wasilla, Alaska.

We loved staying here for a last minute trip to Anchorage. Brandon was beyond helpful when we ran into some issues with the door and we loved the local recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again. Even our dog liked how quiet it was.

Brian and Amber were always responsive and very accommodating as we did an extended stay with them. I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The host showed such warm hospitality and made us feel truly welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property is beautifully located right next to the Knik River — peaceful, scenic, and refreshing. One of the highlights of our visit was being invited to explore a special waterfall trail right behind the house — a hidden gem we wouldn’t have found otherwise. In front of the house, we also enjoyed a relaxing walk along the river. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, nature-filled getaway with a gracious host!

It far exceeded our expectations! The home is BEAUTIFUL, and very large! Gorgeously decorated ! Two floors, tons of space for multiple people. Cute little extras like toys and things to do for kids , kcups and a keurig, little toothpastes in the bathrooms and the best smelling toiletries ! The location is perfect! Just a short 1 minute drive from Parks Hwy and all of the stores and restaurants. Yet peaceful and beautiful on a lake with playground and private dock. We saw beavers swimming in the lake , and moose walking in the driveway two nights in a row! It was amazing! We came for a kids sports tournament at the Menard Center and it took only about 8 minutes to drive there each day. Trenitie is super communicative, answering my questions when I reached out to her even late at night ! Super appreciated the promptness. I can’t say enough great things about this place! And hope to stay there yearly when we come for sporting events !

Fantastic place to stay! As long as you can climb the stairs, it’s a perfect and relaxing place to stay. It’s the best site I’ve stayed in and hope to come back. Access to the lake, thoughtful touches, and warm and friendly host makes this location stand out!

Our stay was wonderful! This place has so much room. We had 2 grandchildren (age 5 & 10) with us and they loved it also. Only issue we had was a complaint from people whom lived below. We respected the quiet hours from 10-10 everyday. We did not know 1 of them worked 2nd shift, and got woke up by the kids couple mornings? They were playing tag out on deck one time. We told them we were sorry and would try to respect their wishes. From then on we worried about being quiet. This place is very close to grocery stores, gas, Walmart, Fred Meyer’s, and restaurants. Wonderful place to stay and very convenient. There is a park 2 lots down which we went to and kids played and fed ducks. There is also a Church (Creekside Church) about 5 miles away, very nice Church and made us feel welcomed. The kids loved the Children’s Church also. This place had everything we needed. The view was spectacular.

The stay was amazing!! We really enjoyed it and felt like home. The responsiveness of the hosts was incredible and helped us make the most of our stay. A five star stay for sure !!

Our stay was amazing, the place is very cozy and has everything you would need while being completely surrounded by the nature which brings the feeling of tranquility. The host was very responsive and helped us with everything. We definitely recommend this place.

Jaime was very kind and accommodating during our visit. She went out of her way to get us a Pack n Play for the baby, as well as chargers for our phones because we forgot to pack those. Her place was very clean and had plenty of toiletries, towels, dishes, and coffee for use during our stay. Thank you again Jaime!

Grace was an amazing host and communication was the best. I went to her for many different suggestions on local activities and she always was able to provide great recommendation! The Airbnb was very clean and she has provided everything you might need to enjoy your stay.

The apartment was great for me and friends to celebrate a birthday. Kurt has everything you need and it’s so beautifully on the lake. Love this property😍

This Airbnb is very conveniently located to lots of fun things to do. We highly recommend backcountry adventures in Palmer. We rode ATVs to the Knik glacier which was truly fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounding mountains, which you see all around, are stunning. We made use of the hot tub, which was nice after an active day, and it was fun having a ping pong table. We would definitely stay here again

My husband and I loved this beautiful BNB! So much to do and absolutely enjoyed our time there. Definitely will be coming back again 😊
