It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a good wifi connection.

The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.
