Glynn Bull Pen was built as part of Glynn Estate early 1800s, we have renovated the barn to create a modern, light and spacious holiday retreat. A rural location, private and surrounded by trees, set in the beautiful Glynn Valley. We are close to Bodmin Parkway, with easy access to Cornwall's many tourist attractions such as Lanhydrock Estate (1 mile) Eden (20 minutes) and both north and south coast beaches. You have your own garden space, parking and many acres of quiet woodland to explore.

Cornish country barn easy reach of coast

Roundhouse Barn is set in delightful countryside. Free parking adjacent to the Barn which is close to Bodmin Town. The spacious living area is open plan with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Outside the garden area has a permanent gazebo ensuring you can enjoy mild Cornish air whatever the weather. You might be lucky enough to hear our tawny owl (who revels in the odd daytime hoot). Close to the A30 so you can explore beautiful Cornish beaches, countryside and historic attractions.

Shop and fish and chip shop within walking distance. You will need to drive 20-30 minutes for beaches and larger towns.

The Annex, Small Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex and makes Lostwithiel easy to get to for exploring Cornwall’s beautiful sights. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance.

Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Oak tree glamping pod

Our luxury glamping pod is set in our own back garden overlooking the beautiful Camel Valley. We are two minutes from the famous Camel trail, perfect for cyclists and walkers. You can walk to the Renowned Camel Valley vineyard and a lovely pub along the trail,or cycle to the famous harbour town of Padstow.Guests can make use of the honesty bar & Hot tub .We can hire electric bikes or provide storage for your own bikes We can provide a breakfast /hamper/cream tea at a small extra cost.

This property is set in the historic town of Lostwithiel close to all amenities. Detached annexe stylishly decorated ideal for a single person or couple looking for a base for walking or exploring Cornwall. Countryside views and airy light rooms make this space feel bigger than it is whilst being cosy and relaxing with wood burning stove in Winter. Off road parking with easy level access to the property and level access into Lostwithiel.

Willow Cottage

Willow Cottage is a recently modernised cosy cottage. It is situated in the interesting town of Lostwithiel. Close to Eden Project, good for north and south coasts. The Wagon House is a brand new conversion completed in Spring 2020. Designed having lots of light and space for couples and singles to enjoy open plan living during their stay. We also have a larger barn next door that is availble also through Airbnb. Fabulous Cornish Barn.
