The spacious, covered terrace of 6x3 meters (west) easily involves you to the living space. You really sit in the (swimming)water of the clean lake. Easily accessible (20 km from Amsterdam, 15 km from Utrecht, 3 km from the A2). Bicycles available; battery-powered boats, a sloop, and a sailboat available for rent. Lovely house on the water

In July & August, per week! Our unique house is on a headland with water on 2 sides. Centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby are marinas and recreational homes. From the road, you walk to the ferry, with which you sail to the cottage yourself. The house is only accessible by raft/boat. The house has a garden, wooden scaffolding and seats. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: there is floor heating, air conditioning and WiFi. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, 2nd toilet and bathroom.
